Na druhou stranu, <strong>validn\u00ed psychometrick\u00e9 metody<\/strong> jsou vytvo\u0159eny psychology a jsou testov\u00e1ny na rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch vzorc\u00edch, aby se zjistila jejich skute\u010dn\u00e1 vypov\u00eddac\u00ed hodnota. Pro\u010d je to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9? K\u00a0tomu bych \u0159ekla asi jedin\u00e9 \u2013 takto by to pravdu b\u00fdt nem\u011blo. Nezatracuji pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed psychotest\u016f u p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, je ale nutn\u00e9 db\u00e1t p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na\u00a0<strong>ETIKU TESTOV\u00c1N\u00cd<\/strong>,\u00a0tzn. d\u016fkladn\u011b sezn\u00e1mit kandid\u00e1ty s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00fa\u010delem testov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>oblastmi, na kter\u00e9 je test zam\u011b\u0159en (v\u00fdkonov\u00e9 testy, osobnostn\u00ed testy apod.)<\/li>\n<li>formou a d\u00e9lkou trv\u00e1n\u00ed testov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>kdo a jak bude disponovat s\u00a0v\u00fdsledky a co se s\u00a0v\u00fdsledky stane po ukon\u010den\u00ed testov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>zda bude m\u00edt kandid\u00e1t mo\u017enost n\u00e1hledu do sv\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f a kdo mu je bude interpretovat\u00a0<em>(to pova\u017euji za\u00a0<strong>NUTN\u00c9 V\u017dDY<\/strong>, pokud chceme, aby byl kandid\u00e1t testov\u00e1n)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pro personalisty, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed takov\u00fd test za\u0159adit je naprosto nezbytn\u00e9, aby:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>um\u011bli spr\u00e1vn\u011b zvolit vhodn\u00fd test<\/li>\n<li>v\u011bd\u011bli, kdy a pro jak\u00e9 kandid\u00e1ty je pou\u017e\u00edt\u00a0<em>(osobn\u011b nesouzn\u00edm s\u00a0t\u00edm, aby byly psychotesty pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny automaticky plo\u0161n\u011b na v\u0161echny typy pozic \u2013 je to zbyte\u010dn\u00e9, n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 a neefektivn\u00ed)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>um\u011bli zach\u00e1zet s\u00a0v\u00fdsledky, tzn. bu\u010f byli sami pro\u0161koleni na pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed takov\u00fdch test\u016f nebo v\u017edy spolupracovali s\u00a0konzultantem, kter\u00fd um\u00ed tyto v\u00fdsledky spr\u00e1vn\u011b \u010d\u00edst a interpretovat<\/li>\n<li>nebrali v\u00fdsledky psychotest\u016f jako dogma, ale <strong>pouze jako d\u00edl skl\u00e1da\u010dky<\/strong> (psychotest jako dopln\u011bk u v\u00fdb\u011brka, nikoliv stavebn\u00ed k\u00e1men)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Praktick\u00e1 aplikace:<\/strong> Nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i n\u00e1boru na mana\u017eersk\u00e9 pozice m\u016f\u017ee kombinace kognitivn\u00edch test\u016f, test\u016f emo\u010dn\u00ed inteligence a simulac\u00ed rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed a osobn\u00edho rozhovoru mohou nab\u00eddnout <strong>ucelen\u00fd pohled<\/strong> na kandid\u00e1tovy schopnosti v\u00e9st t\u00fdm a \u0159e\u0161it slo\u017eit\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. Psychologick\u00e9 testov\u00e1n\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dasto sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed i <strong>Assessment center.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Rozvoj a Development centrum<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky psychologick\u00e9ho testov\u00e1n\u00ed slou\u017e\u00ed jako <strong>odrazov\u00fd m\u016fstek<\/strong> pro jedince, na jak\u00e9 oblasti by mohl v\u00edce zapracovat. Kari\u00e9rov\u00fd poradci \u010di personalist\u00e9 pak na tom tomto z\u00e1klad\u011b s\u00a0klientem \/ zam\u011bstnancem vol\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 kroky vedouc\u00ed k\u00a0jeho rozvoji.<\/p>\n<p>V\u017edy je ale t\u0159eba se o v\u00fdsledc\u00edch s\u00a0jedincem\u00a0<strong>bavit<\/strong>\u00a0a nerozhodovat za n\u011bj. Je nezbytn\u00e9, aby byl s\u00a0<strong>v\u00fdsledky sezn\u00e1men<\/strong>\u00a0a m\u011bl mo\u017enost se k\u00a0nim\u00a0<strong>vyj\u00e1d\u0159it<\/strong>. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee prozradit mnohem v\u00edce ne\u017e strohost v\u00fdsledn\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy. Mluv\u00edm o jeho\u00a0<strong>motivaci, ambic\u00edch a hodnot\u00e1ch<\/strong>.\u00a0Ve firemn\u00ed praxi n\u00e1m takov\u00e9to konverzace pom\u016f\u017ee vytvo\u0159it\u00a0<strong>rozvojov\u00fd pl\u00e1n<\/strong>,\u00a0kter\u00fd je v\u00fdhodn\u00fd pro ob\u011b strany. Stejn\u011b jako u v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed plat\u00ed stejn\u00e1 pravidla etiky.<\/p>\n<p>Profesn\u00ed rozvoj nen\u00ed ale to jedin\u00e9, s\u00a0\u010d\u00edm v\u00e1m testov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee pomoci.
