Vzhledem k\u00a0tomu, jak jsou pracovn\u00ed c\u00edle d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, je pot\u0159eba v\u011bnovat jim <strong>dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u010dasu<\/strong>. Pro\u010d jsou tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 a \u010deho jimi m\u016f\u017eeme dos\u00e1hnout?<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>1.) Nastaven\u00ed jasn\u00fdch priorit<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bez nastaven\u00ed jasn\u00fdch zam\u011bstnaneck\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f lid\u00e9 <strong>neporozum\u00ed<\/strong> tomu, co maj\u00ed d\u011blat a kam svou prac\u00ed sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed. Kdy\u017e ve spole\u010dnosti nenastav\u00edte c\u00edle, <strong>dojde k rozkolu<\/strong>\u00a0mezi \u010dleny t\u00fdmu, kte\u0159\u00ed si budou v\u011bdom\u011b i nev\u011bdom\u011b sabotovat svou pr\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Nastaven\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f, tak pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm se zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm pov\u011bdom\u00ed, co se od nich o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 a jak\u00e1 m\u00e1 jejich pr\u00e1ce smysl.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3><strong><b>2.) Podpora t\u00fdmov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Jestli\u017ee m\u00e1te<strong> individu\u00e1ln\u00ed c\u00edle<\/strong> jasn\u011b nastaveny a propojeny s\u00a0c\u00edli organizace, podporujete tak <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/vztahy-na-pracovisti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">t\u00fdmovou<\/a> pr\u00e1ci. Stanoven\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f sd\u011bluje o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a tak\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 t\u00fdmu porozum\u011bt jejich dopadu na celkovou strategii spole\u010dnosti. To pak vede k\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed <strong>anga\u017eovanosti, motivaci a produktivit\u011b<\/strong>. D\u00edky tomu, \u017ee zam\u011bstnanci v\u00ed, jak jeho c\u00edl souvis\u00ed s\u00a0c\u00edlem organizace, pochop\u00ed <strong>d\u016fle\u017eitost<\/strong> t\u00fdmov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce a taky, jak je jeho c\u00edl spojen s\u00a0c\u00edli ostatn\u00edch koleg\u016f.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>3.) Motivace zam\u011bstnanc\u016f<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Stanoven\u00ed jasn\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f udr\u017euje a <strong>zvy\u0161uje<\/strong> celkovou motivaci zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Jednotlivci sleduj\u00ed sv\u016fj pokrok, dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/zpetna-vazba\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zp\u011btnou vazbu<\/a>, kter\u00e1 je op\u011bt posouv\u00e1 kup\u0159edu. Zam\u011bstnanci s\u00a0jasn\u011b nastaven\u00fdmi c\u00edli jsou <strong>soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> na svou pr\u00e1ci v r\u00e1mci c\u00edl\u016f cel\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. To vede nejen k n\u00e1r\u016fstu motivace, ale tak\u00e9 k celkov\u00e9 v\u00fdkonnosti organizace.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>4.) Efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pokud zam\u011bstnanec zn\u00e1 sv\u00e9 c\u00edle, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt b\u011bhem <strong>pracovn\u00ed doby<\/strong> v\u00edce soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00fd a produktivn\u00ed. Jeliko\u017e v\u00ed, za \u010d\u00edm jde, efektivn\u011bji si rozvrhne sv\u016fj \u010das. T\u00edm mu odpadnou r\u016fzn\u00e9 prostoje, b\u011bhem kter\u00fdch zji\u0161\u0165uje, co m\u00e1 vlastn\u011b d\u011blat a pro\u010d. Kdy\u017e zam\u011bstnanci znaj\u00ed svou pracovn\u00ed n\u00e1pl\u0148, mohou si trasovat <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/time-management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u010das<\/a> str\u00e1ven\u00fd u jednotliv\u00fdch \u00fakol\u016f. Za\u010d\u00ednejme shora<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pracovn\u00ed c\u00edle jednotliv\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f nenastav\u00edte, pokud nezn\u00e1te <strong>c\u00edle cel\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti<\/strong>. Proto za\u010dn\u011bte s\u00a0reviz\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f a celkov\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/naborove-strategie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">strategie<\/a> spole\u010dnosti. Propojte pak v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed c\u00edle pro jednotliv\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance s t\u011bmi firemn\u00edmi. Zapojte zam\u011bstnance<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Zapojte samotn\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance do <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/digitalizace-personalistiky\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a> c\u00edl\u016f. Pobavte se s\u00a0nimi o tom, co sami navrhuj\u00ed, kam se v\u00a0r\u00e1mci sebe i strategie spole\u010dnosti cht\u011bj\u00ed a mohou posouvat. Zam\u011bstnanci tak budou v\u00edce <strong>motivovan\u00ed<\/strong> k\u00a0dosa\u017een\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f, kter\u00e9 si sami stanovili. Diskutujte se zam\u011bstnanci o jejich c\u00edlech a tak\u00e9 o tom, jak jsou <strong>nav\u00e1z\u00e1ny na spole\u010dnost<\/strong>. D\u00edky tomuto pravidlu nastav\u00edte c\u00edle, kter\u00e9 budou:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><b><i>S \u2013 specifick\u00e9 (Specific)<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em><b><i>M \u2013 m\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9 (Measurable)<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em><b><i>A \u2013 dosa\u017eiteln\u00e9 (Achievable)<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em><b><i>R \u2013 re\u00e1ln\u00e9 (Relevant)<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em><b><i>T \u2013 term\u00ednovan\u00e9 (Time-bound)<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd c\u00edl tak zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm<strong> jasn\u011b<\/strong> \u0159ekne, co se od nich o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 a v jak\u00e9m \u010dasov\u00e9m rozmez\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>4.) Sledujte proces a aktualizujte<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kdy\u017e nastav\u00edte se zam\u011bstnanci c\u00edle, myslete tak\u00e9 na jejich <strong>monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed a hodnocen\u00ed<\/strong> dosa\u017een\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f. D\u00edky hodnocen\u00ed a pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazb\u011b motivujete zam\u011bstnance ke st\u00e1le lep\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdkon\u016fm. Pokud je pot\u0159eba, revidujte a <strong>aktualizujte<\/strong> se zam\u011bstnanci jejich c\u00edle, aby se neodch\u00fdlili od celkov\u00e9 strategie a tak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00edho \u00fasp\u011bchu.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b pravideln\u00e1 zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba a <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/pracovni-hodnoceni-zamestnancu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hodnocen\u00ed<\/a> je m\u011b\u0159\u00edtkem v\u00a0dosahov\u00e1n\u00ed nastaven\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f. Jedn\u00e1 se o zp\u016fsob zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed efektivity a v\u00a0jak\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e bylo c\u00edl\u016f dosa\u017eeno. V\u011bt\u0161ina c\u00edl\u016f, kter\u00e1 se <strong>nastavuje<\/strong> jednou ro\u010dn\u011b, pak projde zhodnocen\u00edm. Pt\u00e1te se zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, sd\u011blujete jim sv\u016fj pohled na v\u011bc a tak\u00e9 jim <strong>pe\u010dliv\u011b naslouch\u00e1te<\/strong>. M\u016f\u017eete tak jasn\u011b zm\u011b\u0159it dosa\u017een\u00e9 c\u00edle.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o c\u00edle <strong>kvantitativn\u00ed<\/strong>, b\u011bhem hodnocen\u00ed m\u011b\u0159\u00edte to, co je relevantn\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee se jednat o obrat, mno\u017estv\u00ed, n\u00e1klady nebo strukturu z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Chyby_pri_stanovovani_cilu\"><\/span>Chyby p\u0159i stanovov\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Aby c\u00edle skute\u010dn\u011b vedly zam\u011bstnance k\u00a0profesn\u00edm<strong> v\u00fd\u0161in\u00e1m<\/strong> je dobr\u00e9 vyvarovat se n\u011bkter\u00fdch chyb p\u0159i jejich stanovov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>C\u00edle nejsou flexibiln\u00ed<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>I p\u0159esto, \u017ee jsou c\u00edle jasn\u011b dan\u00e9, spole\u010dnost i lid\u00e9 jsou <strong>\u017eiv\u00fdmi organismy<\/strong>. Je pot\u0159eba po\u010d\u00edtat s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee se samotn\u00fd c\u00edl v\u00a0z\u00e1vislosti na vykon\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dan\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce m\u016f\u017ee m\u011bnit. Je tedy d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u00e9st <strong>zp\u011btnou vazbu<\/strong> a c\u00edle aktualizovat dle pot\u0159eby.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jsou c\u00edle p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rigidn\u00ed, ovliv\u0148uje to<strong> negativn\u011b<\/strong> motivaci i v\u00fdkonnost zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Proto je velkou chybou, pokud c\u00edle ve spole\u010dnosti neaktualizujete a nep\u0159ehodnocujete. Pokud budou va\u0161e c\u00edle flexibiln\u00ed, budou st\u00e1le relevantn\u00ed jak pro zam\u011bstnance tak spole\u010dnost.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Nedostatek zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>V\u0161e souvis\u00ed se v\u0161\u00edm, tedy udr\u017eujte <strong>kvalitn\u00ed<\/strong> zp\u011btnou vazbu v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu cel\u00e9ho procesu. D\u00e1vejte si pozor, aby zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba nebyla v\u00e1gn\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/kritika-zpetne-vazby\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">obecn\u00e1<\/a>. Kdy\u017e budete p\u0159ed\u00e1vat zp\u011btnou vazbu myslete na to, aby byla konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed, m\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e1 a nejl\u00e9pe nastaven\u00e1 tak, aby se p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed dalo <strong>zvl\u00e1dnout<\/strong> v\u00a0ur\u010den\u00e9m \u010dasov\u00e9m horizontu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Ignorov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00edl\u010d\u00edch \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cesta k\u00a0ur\u010den\u00fdm c\u00edl\u016fm zahrnuje <strong>mal\u00e1 v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed<\/strong>. Je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u011bnovat i t\u011bmto d\u00edl\u010d\u00edm \u00fasp\u011bch\u016fm pozornost a upozornit na n\u011b sv\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance. Pochv\u00e1lit v\u00fdkon, jasn\u011b nastavit<strong> vizi<\/strong>, jak dalece v\u00e1s tento dan\u00fd krok posunul k\u00a0c\u00edli apod.
