Pozitivn\u00ed psychologie pak \u0159e\u0161\u00ed, jak lze tyto vlastnosti aplikovat do osobn\u00edho \u017eivota, pr\u00e1ce i vztah\u016f tak, aby p\u0159isp\u011bly k dosa\u017een\u00ed <strong>nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed<\/strong> spokojenosti a smyslupln\u00e9ho \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00a0pojmem pozitivn\u00ed psychologie je \u00fazce spojov\u00e1no jm\u00e9no <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Martin_Seligman\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Martin Seligman<\/a>, co\u017e je americk\u00fd psycholog, kter\u00fd se zab\u00fdval psychologickou teori\u00ed zn\u00e1mou jako \u201enau\u010den\u00e1 bezmoc\u201c. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u00e9to sv\u00e9 teorie se Seligman za\u010dal zab\u00fdvat tou str\u00e1nkou psychologie, kter\u00e1 se <strong>zam\u011b\u0159uje<\/strong> na to pozitivn\u00ed a inspiruj\u00edc\u00ed. Seligman tak\u00e9 rozvinul koncept <strong>well-beingu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jak_mohou_znaky_pozitivni_psychologie_vypadat\"><\/span>Jak mohou znaky pozitivn\u00ed psychologie vypadat?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pokud p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edte, \u017ee do sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota za\u010dlen\u00edte pozitivn\u00ed psychologii, zde je n\u011bkolik p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m s\u00a0t\u00edm mohou pomoci.<\/p>\n<h3>Uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed si siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nek<\/h3>\n<p>M\u016f\u017eete si vybrat, zda si na p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed o sv\u00fdch <strong>siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch<\/strong> zvol\u00edte klid a samotu nebo je proberete s\u00a0n\u011bk\u00fdm komu d\u016fv\u011b\u0159ujete. Hlavn\u00ed je, abyste se nad sv\u00fdmi siln\u00fdmi str\u00e1nkami neb\u00e1li zam\u00fd\u0161let a pojmenovali je. Kvalita mezilidsk\u00fdch vztah\u016f<\/h3>\n<p>Pozitivn\u00ed psychologie m\u00e1 vliv na <strong>kvalitu va\u0161ich vztah\u016f<\/strong>. Kdy\u017e se c\u00edt\u00edte v\u00a0\u017eivot\u011b osam\u011bli, d\u011bl\u00e1 v\u00e1s to ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00fdmi. \u010casto se tak d\u011bje, pokud lidem chyb\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/vztahy-na-pracovisti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9<\/a>, bl\u00edzk\u00e9 vztahy.\u00a0 Pokud za\u010dnete praktikovat ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b pozitivn\u00ed psychologii, zlep\u0161\u00ed se i va\u0161e mezilidsk\u00e9 vztahy.
