Proto jsem se rozhodla bavit se o nev\u00fdhod\u00e1ch jako o v\u00fdzv\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 hybridn\u00ed model spolupr\u00e1ce p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed. A co mezi takov\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy pat\u0159\u00ed?<\/p>\n<h3>1.) T\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce se vzd\u00e1len\u011b pracuj\u00edc\u00edmi zam\u011bstnanci<\/h3>\n<p>Se vzd\u00e1len\u011b pracuj\u00edc\u00edmi zam\u011bstnanci m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ob\u010das <strong>slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong> se spojit. Slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0tom smyslu, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed byli zvykl\u00ed v\u00e1m zaklepat na dve\u0159e kancel\u00e1\u0159e u\u017e takovou v\u011bc ud\u011blat nemohou. Abyste tomu zabr\u00e1nili je nutn\u00e9 investovat do takov\u00fdch <strong>technologi\u00ed a aplikac\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 lidem pomohou se okam\u017eit\u011b spojit, vid\u011bt a domluvit na v\u0161em, co je pot\u0159eba.<\/p>\n<h3>2.) \u010cast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozpt\u00fdlen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b toto m\u016f\u017ee hrozit u zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed <strong>pracuj\u00ed<\/strong> z domova, kde maj\u00ed mal\u00e9 d\u011bti, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b zv\u00ed\u0159ata a podobn\u011b a nemaj\u00ed sv\u016fj soukrom\u00fd pracovn\u00ed prostor, kde mohou v klidu p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let. R\u016fzn\u00e9 vzruchy, kter\u00e9 se doma d\u011bj\u00ed mohou <strong>zam\u011bstnance<\/strong> ru\u0161it a ti se tak nemohou pln\u011b soust\u0159edit na svou pr\u00e1ci, by\u0165 ji vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed ve sv\u00e9m produktivn\u00edm \u010dase.<\/p>\n<p>Jako zam\u011bstnanci p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lejte, zda je pro v\u00e1s hybridn\u00ed model spolupr\u00e1ce vhodn\u00fd na \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed b\u00e1zi.
