Jak\u00e9 to jsou?<\/p>\n<h3>1.) Pokud toti\u017e v\u00a0t\u00fddnu nastane situace, kdy mus\u00edte skon\u010dit d\u0159\u00edv, m\u016f\u017eete se vyhnout stresu t\u00edm, \u017ee si n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u00fakoly p\u0159enesete nap\u0159\u00edklad na v\u00edkendov\u00e9 dopoledne.<\/p>\n<p>Prac\u00ed o v\u00edkendu tak <strong>z\u00edsk\u00e1te<\/strong> dva dny nav\u00edc, kdy m\u016f\u017eete dod\u011blat n\u011bkter\u00e9 sv\u00e9 povinnosti. Pokud <strong>neust\u00e1le<\/strong> pracujete, va\u0161e t\u011blo si navykne na re\u017eim nekon\u010d\u00edc\u00edho z\u00e1p\u0159ahu a vy zapomenete <a href=\"https:\/\/rekvalifikacnikurzy.cz\/clanky\/dulezite-aspekty-work-life-balance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">odpo\u010d\u00edvat<\/a>. Naru\u0161en\u00ed work-life balance<\/h3>\n<p>Pokud je pro v\u00e1s pr\u00e1ce o v\u00edkendu <strong>naprost\u00fdm<\/strong> standardem, m\u016f\u017eete snadno dos\u00e1hnout nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti mezi osobn\u00edm a pracovn\u00edm \u017eivotem. Nedostatek voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu na to, co v\u00e1s <strong>skute\u010dn\u011b<\/strong> bav\u00ed, p\u0159i \u010dem si odpo\u010dinete a kdy se setk\u00e1v\u00e1te se sv\u00fdmi nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edmi na v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt negativn\u00ed dopady. Pokud takov\u00e1<strong> situace<\/strong> trv\u00e1 dlouho, t\u011b\u017eko si pak budete vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd re\u017eim navracet zp\u00e1tky.<\/p>\n<h3>3.) Zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my<\/h3>\n<p>A\u0165 u\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o fyzick\u00e9 nebo<strong> psychick\u00e9<\/strong> zdrav\u00ed, neomezen\u00fd pracovn\u00ed re\u017eim m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt neblah\u00e9 dopady na v\u00e1\u0161 zdravotn\u00ed stav. Po \u010dase se m\u016f\u017eete za\u010d\u00edt c\u00edtit v\u00edce <strong>vystresovan\u00ed<\/strong>, m\u00e1lo odpo\u010dat\u00ed, za\u010dnou se objevovat bolesti, kter\u00e9 jste doposud neznali. Stejn\u011b tak poc\u00edt\u00edte \u00fazkost a m\u016f\u017eete se sv\u00fdm jedn\u00e1n\u00edm dov\u00e9st a\u017e k\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rekvalifikacnikurzy.cz\/clanky\/syndrom-vyhoreni\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">profesn\u00edmu vyho\u0159en\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>4.) Pocit uv\u011bzn\u011bn\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Pokud v\u00edte, \u017ee v\u00e1s \u010dek\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce o v\u00edkendu, <strong>nem\u016f\u017eete<\/strong> si napl\u00e1novat \u017e\u00e1dnou aktivitu, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1s od pracovn\u00edho \u017eivota odtrhne. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1te m\u00edt pocit uv\u011bzn\u011bn\u00ed, jeliko\u017e se nem\u016f\u017eete jen tak sebrat a <strong>odjet<\/strong> z\u00a0m\u011bsta nebo z\u016fst\u00e1vat d\u00e9le sed\u011bt v\u00a0restauraci s\u00a0p\u0159\u00e1teli v\u00a0p\u00e1tek ve\u010der.<\/p>\n<h3>5.) Nedostatek energie<\/h3>\n<p>Postupem \u010dasu, kdy\u017e se stane pr\u00e1ce o v\u00edkendu pravidlem, c\u00edt\u00edte v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed <strong>m\u00edru<\/strong> vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed ne\u017e d\u0159\u00edv. Energie v\u00e1s opou\u0161t\u00ed u\u017e i u b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 d\u011bl\u00e1te p\u0159es t\u00fdden, jeliko\u017e <strong>v\u00edte<\/strong>, \u017ee si ani o v\u00edkendu neodpo\u010dinete. Nedostatek oddychu naru\u0161uje p\u0159irozen\u00fd pracovn\u00ed a odpo\u010dinkov\u00fd rytmus, co\u017e vede k <strong>dlouhodob\u00e9 \u00fanav\u011b, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 produktivit\u011b a zhor\u0161en\u00ed koncentrace<\/strong>. P\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed psychicky i fyzicky zp\u016fsobuje zv\u00fd\u0161enou hladinu stresov\u00fdch hormon\u016f, co\u017e negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m a celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Aby se riziko vyho\u0159en\u00ed minimalizovalo, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vyhradit si <strong>pevn\u00e9 hranice mezi prac\u00ed a voln\u00fdm \u010dasem<\/strong>, pl\u00e1novat pravideln\u00e9 odpo\u010dinkov\u00e9 aktivity a v\u011bdom\u011b se odpojit od pracovn\u00edch povinnost\u00ed b\u011bhem v\u00edkendu.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud mus\u00edte pracovat o v\u00edkendu, stanovte si jasn\u00fd \u010dasov\u00fd r\u00e1mec a dodr\u017eujte p\u0159est\u00e1vky. Napl\u00e1nujte si tak\u00e9 kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 aktivity na odpo\u010dinek a regeneraci, nap\u0159\u00edklad proch\u00e1zku, lehk\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed nebo relaxaci, a v\u011bdom\u011b se odpojte od pracovn\u00edch \u00fakol\u016f po stanoven\u00e9m \u010dase.
