Pevn\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed rutina<\/h3>\n<p>U\u017e od d\u011btstv\u00ed m\u00e1me nastaven\u00e9 ur\u010dit\u00e9 rutinn\u00ed \u010dinnosti, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m pom\u00e1haj\u00ed udr\u017eet \u017eivot v\u00a0<strong>rovnov\u00e1ze<\/strong>. To stejn\u00e9 plat\u00ed i pro \u017eivot pracovn\u00ed. Vytvo\u0159\u00edte si vyhrazen\u00fd pracovn\u00ed prostor a stanov\u00edte <strong>priority<\/strong>, abyste sv\u016fj pracovn\u00ed \u010das vyu\u017eili na maximum. P\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Vzpome\u0148te si, \u017ee kdy\u017e sed\u00edte v\u00a0kancel\u00e1\u0159i na sv\u00e9m pracovn\u00edm <strong>m\u00edst\u011b<\/strong>, m\u00e1te ho ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f vyzdoben\u00e9 a upraven\u00e9 tak, aby se v\u00e1m tam pracovalo p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b. Za\u010d\u00e1tek i konec ve stejnou dobu<\/h3>\n<p>Abyste byli v dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00ed rutiny a doby skute\u010dn\u011b <strong>konzistentn\u00ed<\/strong>, nau\u010dte se p\u0159ipojovat a odhla\u0161ovat v\u017edy ve stejnou dobu. Pokud zrovna nem\u00e1te l\u00e9ka\u0159e nebo nepot\u0159ebujete n\u011bco vy\u0159\u00eddit, sna\u017ete se za\u010d\u00ednat pracovat r\u00e1no ka\u017ed\u00fd den <strong>stejn\u011b<\/strong>. Nap\u0159\u00edklad poka\u017ed\u00e9 v 7:30 nastartujete po\u010d\u00edta\u010d a k tomu pop\u00edj\u00edte k\u00e1vu a v 7:35 u\u017e proj\u00ed\u017ed\u00edte emaily. Jakmile odbije 16. hodina po\u010d\u00edta\u010d <strong>vyp\u00edn\u00e1te<\/strong> a jdete \u017e\u00edt sv\u016fj osobn\u00ed \u017eivot.
