T\u00edmto pojmem m\u016f\u017eeme obs\u00e1hnout na\u0161e du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed, \u017eivotn\u00ed \u00farove\u0148, smysl \u017eivota, celkovou <strong>spokojenost<\/strong> nebo i schopnost vyrovn\u00e1vat se s\u00a0p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekami a zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed stresu.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk ve sv\u00e9m <strong>\u017eivot\u011b<\/strong> chce, aby mu bylo jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno dob\u0159e. Z\u00a0tohoto d\u016fvodu podnik\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00e9 kroky k\u00a0tomu, aby v\u0161echny \u017eivotn\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b byly <strong>napln\u011bny<\/strong> k\u00a0jeho spokojenosti. \u017divot se v\u0161ak d\u011bje a n\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u011bci nem\u016f\u017eeme zcela ovlivnit. Jeho pochopen\u00ed pom\u016f\u017ee usnadnit rozd\u011blen\u00ed do jednotliv\u00fdch oblast\u00ed, ve kter\u00fdch m\u016f\u017eeme na wellbeing pracovat, nebo kter\u00e9 n\u00e1\u0161 wellbeing ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Emoce a wellbeing<\/h3>\n<p>Sem spad\u00e1 ji\u017e zmi\u0148ovan\u00e9 zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/emocni-inteligence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stresu<\/a> a m\u00edra relaxace, kterou v \u017eivot\u011b m\u00e1me. M\u016f\u017eeme se zde zam\u011b\u0159it na na\u0161i psychickou odolnost, sebev\u011bdom\u00ed a sebel\u00e1sku a tak\u00e9 na to, jak dalece jsme schopni utv\u00e1\u0159et <strong>vztahy<\/strong> a pocity, kter\u00e9 vedou k vysok\u00e9 \u00farovni na\u0161eho wellbeing.<\/p>\n<h3>Fyziologie a wellbeing<\/h3>\n<p>Oblast na\u0161eho<strong> fyzick\u00e9ho<\/strong> t\u011bla, jak funguje, jak\u00fd m\u00e1me \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. \u0158ad\u00edte se sp\u00ed\u0161 k lidem se zdrav\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem, nebo v\u00edte, \u017ee je pot\u0159eba na n\u011bm zapracovat? Pod tuto \u010d\u00e1st m\u016f\u017eeme za\u0159adit i <strong>schopnost<\/strong> pohybu a jak\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky jsme si osvojili vzhledem k\u00a0fyzick\u00e9 aktivit\u011b.<\/p>\n<h3>Vztahy a wellbeing<\/h3>\n<p>\u00darove\u0148 schopnosti komunikace, utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed zdrav\u00fdch vztah\u016f i jejich <strong>kvalita<\/strong>. To jsou aspekty spadaj\u00edc\u00ed pod wellbeing v r\u00e1mci vztah\u016f a socializace. To, jestli kolem sebe m\u00e1te lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed v\u00e1m prosp\u00edvaj\u00ed, nebo jestli se obklopujete<strong> lidmi<\/strong>, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou toxi\u010dt\u00ed ve velk\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e ovliv\u0148uje celkov\u00fd wellbeing. Tak\u00e9 osobn\u00ed vztahy jsou d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed a pod\u00edlej\u00ed se na kvalit\u011b na\u0161eho \u017eivota. St\u00e1le pracujeme s lidmi a ti pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed napl\u0148ovat sv\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 i psychick\u00e9 pot\u0159eby. Vytvo\u0159te pro sv\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance z\u00e1zem\u00ed, kde budou m\u00edt prostor se h\u00fdbat, proj\u00edt, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b, pokud na to m\u00e1te prostory, vytvo\u0159te jim z\u00e1zem\u00ed s fitness <strong>pom\u016fckami<\/strong>.
