To, jak se v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci mezi kolegy c\u00edt\u00edme, ovliv\u0148uje na\u0161i produktivitu, fyzickou kondici a v\u00a0neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b <strong>komplexn\u00ed<\/strong> \u00fasp\u011bchy jednotlivce i cel\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00edvejme se tedy na r\u016fzn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/napady\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pracovn\u00edho<\/a> \u017eivota a jak n\u00e1s v\u00a0nich<strong> mezilidsk\u00e9 <\/strong>vztahy na pracovi\u0161ti ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>1.) Celkov\u00e1 spokojenost zam\u011bstnanc\u016f<\/h3>\n<p>Asi nikoho nep\u0159ekvap\u00ed, \u017ee na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b je pr\u00e1v\u011b <strong>spokojenost<\/strong> zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Ta je na kvalitn\u00edch mezilidsk\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch na pracovi\u0161ti zalo\u017eena. Pokud jsou ve spole\u010dnosti kvalitn\u00ed a pozitivn\u00ed vztahy nejen mezi <strong>kolegy,<\/strong> ale i mezi zam\u011bstnanci pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdmi a nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdmi, v\u00fdrazn\u011b se zvy\u0161uje spokojenost.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Zvy\u0161ovat spokojenost zam\u011bstnanc\u016f pomoc\u00ed vztah\u016f m\u016f\u017eeme nap\u0159\u00edklad projeven\u00edm respektu, podpory, za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00edm do t\u00fdmu.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>2.) T\u00fdmov\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159i vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/jak-na-nezapomenutelny-teambuilding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">t\u00fdmu<\/a> dbejte na takovou skladbu lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b dok\u00e1\u017eou podpo\u0159it, <strong>vyslechnout<\/strong> a spolupracovat. Inovace a kreativita<\/h3>\n<p>Dobr\u00e9 mezilidsk\u00e9 vztahy v\u00e1m na pracovi\u0161ti zajist\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161enou m\u00edru <strong>kreativity<\/strong> a inovace. Lid\u00e9 se toti\u017e mezi sv\u00fdmi kolegy neboj\u00ed prezentovat sv\u00e9 n\u00e1pady a p\u0159ich\u00e1zet s\u00a0nov\u00fdm vylep\u0161en\u00edm, jeliko\u017e v\u00ed, \u017ee je <strong>ostatn\u00ed<\/strong> \u010dlenov\u00e9 i nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vyslechnou a podpo\u0159\u00ed v\u00a0dobr\u00e9m n\u00e1padu.<\/p>\n<h3>4.) Podpora firemn\u00ed kultury<\/h3>\n<p>Nic nepodporuje va\u0161e firemn\u00ed<strong> hodnoty<\/strong> t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se spolupr\u00e1ce a partnerstv\u00ed tak,\u00a0 jako kvalitn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed vztahy. Zam\u011bstnanci d\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u011bd\u011bt i na venek, jak jsou v <strong>pr\u00e1ci<\/strong> a se vztahy v\u00a0n\u00ed spokojen\u00ed. Chlub\u00ed se sv\u00fdm bl\u00edzk\u00fdm i zn\u00e1m\u00fdm z\u00a0jin\u00fdch firem. Pracujte s\u00a0mana\u017eery na rozv\u00edjen\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/napady\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dovednost\u00ed<\/a> v\u00a0oblasti vztah\u016f, aby byli spokojeni nejen vedouc\u00ed ale i pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Kdy\u017e je pobl\u00ed\u017e,<strong> zhor\u0161uje<\/strong> se va\u0161e n\u00e1lada a motivace k\u00a0pr\u00e1ci upad\u00e1.
