D\u00e1le je \u00fa\u010delem stanovit si c\u00edle pro dal\u0161\u00ed p\u016fsoben\u00ed v organizaci a uzn\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Co znamen\u00e1 hodnocen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f?<\/h2>\n<p>Pracovn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f je <strong>podstatnou<\/strong> sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed cel\u00e9ho person\u00e1ln\u00edho procesu a funguje jako n\u00e1stroj k\u00a0\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u00fdkonu jednotliv\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. D\u00edky hodnocen\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i i zam\u011bstnanci zp\u011btnou <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/kritika-zpetne-vazby\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vazbu<\/a> o sv\u00e9m v\u00fdkonu, zda jsou v\u00fdsledky jejich pr\u00e1ce dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed a tak\u00e9, zda jsou jejich \u00fakoly v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0celkovou strategi\u00ed spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Hodnocen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f m\u00e1 p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b <strong>motivuj\u00edc\u00ed<\/strong> charakter, zlep\u0161uje vztahy mezi nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdmi a pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdmi a tak\u00e9 uleh\u010duje pochopen\u00ed pracovn\u00ed n\u00e1pln\u011b. Proto je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 um\u011bt s\u00a0pracovn\u00edm hodnocen\u00edm pracovat, abychom na jeho z\u00e1klad\u011b z\u00edskali motivovan\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance, pozitivn\u00ed <strong>atmosf\u00e9ru<\/strong> a tak\u00e9, aby samotn\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci vn\u00edmali tuto aktivitu jako p\u0159\u00ednos pro jejich samostatn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed nasazen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 a jak\u00e9 jsou jeho v\u00fdhody?<\/h2>\n<p>Pracovn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 hned z\u00a0n\u011bkolika d\u016fvod\u016f. Jedn\u00e1 se o <strong>kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd<\/strong> prvek ve stanoven\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f dan\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnance, nastaven\u00ed proces\u016f mezi zam\u011bstnancem a mana\u017eerem a tak\u00e9 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed obou stran.<\/p>\n<p>Je to n\u00e1stroj, d\u00edky kter\u00e9mu si zam\u011bstnanec spolu s\u00a0mana\u017eerem mohou nastavit pracovn\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/produktivita-prace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">proces<\/a>. B\u011bhem hodnocen\u00ed se bav\u00ed o \u00fakolech, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly b\u00fdt spln\u011bny a tak\u00e9 se dohodnou na \u00fakolech pro dal\u0161\u00ed budouc\u00ed obdob\u00ed. Hodnocen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f pom\u00e1h\u00e1 i ve vyjasn\u011bn\u00ed si \u0161kolen\u00ed a rozvoje, kter\u00e9 pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00fd pracovn\u00edk pot\u0159ebuje k\u00a0v\u00fdkonu sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, ale tak\u00e9 <strong>osobn\u00edmu<\/strong> rozvoji.<\/p>\n<p>Zpravidla se pracovn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed kon\u00e1 jednou ro\u010dn\u011b. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je pot\u0159eba pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b b\u011bhem roku se <strong>zam\u011bstnanci<\/strong> proch\u00e1zet kroky, kter\u00e9 \u010din\u00ed ke zhotoven\u00ed zadan\u00fdch \u00fakol\u016f. Cel\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed, prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed jednou ro\u010dn\u011b, je takovou v\u0161eobj\u00edmaj\u00edc\u00ed aktivitou t\u011bchto mal\u00fdch, kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch a <strong>zp\u011btnovazebn\u00edch<\/strong> setk\u00e1n\u00ed v pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku. Zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v\u016f\u010di mana\u017eer\u016fm a naopak, by m\u011bla b\u00fdt co nejup\u0159\u00edmn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Hodnotit m\u016f\u017eete jak kvantitativn\u00ed krit\u00e9ria, tak kvalitativn\u00ed, u obou t\u011bchto forem m\u011b\u0159itelnosti v\u0161ak dodr\u017eujte dan\u00fd postup. Stanovte si jasn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky<\/h3>\n<p>Hned na za\u010d\u00e1tku si nastavte jasn\u00e1 <strong>krit\u00e9ria<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 pou\u017eijete k\u00a0posouzen\u00ed pracovn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu. Tato krit\u00e9ria by m\u011bla odr\u00e1\u017eet pracovn\u00ed povinnosti zam\u011bstnance a tak\u00e9 celkovou strategii spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<h3>2.) Ujasn\u011bte si proces<\/h3>\n<p>V\u017edy zam\u011bstnanci sd\u011blte, jak bude <strong>hodnocen\u00ed<\/strong> vypadat a prob\u00edhat, aby m\u011bl prostor se na hodnocen\u00ed tak\u00e9 s\u00e1m p\u0159ipravit. Vysv\u011btlete mu \u00fa\u010del hodnocen\u00ed, jak\u00e1 vyu\u017eijete krit\u00e9ria a kolik \u010dasu v\u00e1m <strong>spole\u010dn\u00e9<\/strong> sezen\u00ed zabere. Zva\u017ete mo\u017enost kari\u00e9rn\u00edho rozvoje<\/h3>\n<p>Promyslete si, zda budete cht\u00edt se zam\u011bstnancem \u0159e\u0161it i mo\u017enost <strong>kari\u00e9rn\u00edho<\/strong> postupu a hlavn\u011b, jestli takov\u00e1 mo\u017enost nyn\u00ed ve spole\u010dnosti v\u016fbec existuje. Pokud ano, zhodno\u0165te na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fdkonu dan\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnance, jestli se na nov\u00fd post hod\u00ed.
