B\u011bhem sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota se tedy nej\u010dast\u011bji <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/jak-na-nezapomenutelny-teambuilding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">socializuj\u00ed<\/a> pomoc\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed. Naprosto samoz\u0159ejm\u011b funguj\u00ed online a bez internetu si v\u011bt\u0161inou t\u011b\u017eko dok\u00e1\u017eou p\u0159edstavit sv\u016fj den.<\/p>\n<h2>Typick\u00e9 vlastnosti generace Y<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pokud se zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme na osobn\u00ed i pracovn\u00ed \u017eivot Mileni\u00e1l\u016f, jsou to lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed vyhled\u00e1vaj\u00ed work life <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/work-life-balance-co-to-je\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">balance<\/a>.
