Syndrom podvodn\u00edka je psychologick\u00fd fenom\u00e9n, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobovat \u00fazkost, stres nebo n\u00edzk\u00e9 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed. Pokud nen\u00ed reflektov\u00e1n a zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n, m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit pracovn\u00ed i osobn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Priznaky_syndromu_podvodnika\"><\/span>P\u0159\u00edznaky syndromu podvodn\u00edka?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>C\u00edt\u00edte se \u010dasto jako podvodn\u00edk, i p\u0159es sv\u00e9 \u00fasp\u011bchy. M\u016f\u017ee se to projevovat perfekcionismem, nadm\u011brnou pot\u0159ebou uzn\u00e1n\u00ed nebo bagatelizov\u00e1n\u00edm vlastn\u00edch \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f. Podle psychologick\u00fdch studi\u00ed (nap\u0159. Clance &amp; Imes, 1978) jsou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinami perfekcionismus, srovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se s ostatn\u00edmi a pocit nezaslou\u017een\u00e9ho \u00fasp\u011bchu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Perfekcionistick\u00e1 v\u00fdchova \u2013 <\/strong>Byli jste vychov\u00e1v\u00e1ni v p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee cokoli men\u0161\u00edho ne\u017e dokonalost je nep\u0159ijateln\u00e9? M\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed tendenci pochybovat o sv\u00fdch \u00fasp\u011b\u0161\u00edch a c\u00edtit se jako podvodn\u00edk, pokud nespln\u00edte sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed nesplniteln\u00e9 standardy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Srovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed <\/strong>&#8211; Neust\u00e1l\u00e9 srovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se s ostatn\u00edmi a pocit, \u017ee se jim nevyrovn\u00e1te, m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 v\u00e9st k <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/syndrom-vyhoreni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">syndromu<\/a> podvodn\u00edka. Kdy\u017e se d\u00edv\u00e1te jen na nejlep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkony ostatn\u00edch, snadno se dostanete do pasti. Mysl\u00edte si, \u017ee v\u0161ichni ostatn\u00ed maj\u00ed sv\u016fj \u017eivot vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00fd a dokonal\u00fd, jen vy ne.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reakce na \u00fasp\u011bch<\/strong> \u2013 M\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee si sv\u016fj \u00fasp\u011bch nezaslou\u017e\u00edte? M\u011bli jste jen velk\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed a sami na n\u011bm nem\u00e1te velkou z\u00e1sluhu? I tyto my\u0161lenky mohou v\u00e9st k p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee jste jen podvodn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed budou nakonec odhaleni.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ztoto\u017e\u0148ujete se s\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdm z\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch tvrzen\u00ed? Bu\u010fte si jisti, \u017ee nejste sami. Mnoho \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch lid\u00ed se v ur\u010dit\u00e9m okam\u017eiku sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota pot\u00fdkalo se syndromem podvodn\u00edka. Mnoho lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed dosahuj\u00ed nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f, sd\u00edl\u00ed va\u0161e pocity pochybnost\u00ed o sob\u011b sam\u00fdch a o sv\u00e9 nedostate\u010dnosti. Tento jev, zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako syndrom podvodn\u00edka, m\u016f\u017ee sabotovat va\u0161i kari\u00e9ru a va\u0161i pohodu. Je proto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee existuj\u00ed strategie, jak tento syndrom p\u0159ekonat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nau\u010dte se uznat sv\u00e9 \u00fasp\u011bchy,<\/li>\n<li>uv\u011bdomte si sv\u00e9 spou\u0161t\u011bc\u00ed body,<\/li>\n<li>p\u0159ehodno\u0165te sv\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed,<\/li>\n<li>vyhledejte podp\u016frn\u00e9 vztahy,<\/li>\n<li>praktikujte soucit se sebou sam\u00fdm,<\/li>\n<li>stanovujte si re\u00e1ln\u00e9 c\u00edle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>M\u016f\u017eete nyn\u00ed nam\u00edtnout, \u017ee se to lehko \u0159ekne, ale h\u016f\u0159e vykon\u00e1. A m\u00e1te pravdu. P\u0159ehodnotit sv\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed nezvl\u00e1dnete ze dne na den. A dost mo\u017en\u00e1 to nezvl\u00e1dnete sami.
