{"id":6446,"date":"2023-01-12T09:47:41","date_gmt":"2023-01-12T08:47:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/?p=6446"},"modified":"2022-12-29T20:11:17","modified_gmt":"2022-12-29T19:11:17","slug":"trh-prace","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/trh-prace\/","title":{"rendered":"Trh pr\u00e1ce \u2013 postaven\u00ed \u017eeny v historii a sou\u010dasnosti"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Navzdory pokroku, kter\u00e9ho bylo v posledn\u00edch desetilet\u00edch dosa\u017eeno, z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 trh pr\u00e1ce oblast\u00ed, kde jsou rozd\u00edly mezi pohlav\u00edmi velmi patrn\u00e9. \u017deny se p\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dast\u011bji setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed s diskriminac\u00ed a v mnoha odv\u011btv\u00edch st\u00e1le vyd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e jejich mu\u017e\u0161t\u00ed kolegov\u00e9 s podobnou kvalifikac\u00ed. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tyto nerovnosti lze p\u0159i\u010d\u00edst \u0159ad\u011b faktor\u016f \u2013 od nedostate\u010dn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu ke zdroj\u016fm, a\u017e po syst\u00e9movou nerovnost v r\u00e1mci organizac\u00ed. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 dne\u0161n\u00edm trhem pr\u00e1ce pro \u017eeny. Zmi\u0148uje d\u016fvody, pro\u010d tyto rozd\u00edly existuj\u00ed a tak\u00e9 cesty, jak m\u016f\u017eeme pracovat na vytvo\u0159en\u00ed rovn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch podm\u00ednek.<\/p>\n<div P\u0159esto\u017ee \u017eeny tvo\u0159\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovinu <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/5-tipu-kam-umistit-pracovni-inzerat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pracovn\u00ed<\/a> s\u00edly, <strong>byly v\u017edy placeny m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e mu\u017ei a zast\u00e1valy m\u00e9n\u011b vedouc\u00edch pozic.<\/strong> To plat\u00ed zejm\u00e9na pro odv\u011btv\u00ed, kde mu\u017ei dominuj\u00ed (technologie, finance a v\u00fdroba). \u017deny si v\u00a0mnoha profes\u00edch doslova musely vybojovat sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto na slunci. Jin\u00e9 profese byly zase v\u00fdznamn\u011b feminizov\u00e1ny (\u0161kolstv\u00ed, st\u0159edn\u00ed zdravotnick\u00fd person\u00e1l, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed slu\u017eby).<\/p>\n<p>Existuj\u00ed v\u0161ak n\u00e1znaky, \u017ee se situace \u017een na pracovn\u00edm trhu za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 pomalu m\u011bnit. V posledn\u00edch letech st\u00e1le <strong>v\u00edce \u017een dosahuje \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f v oborech, kde tradi\u010dn\u011b dominuj\u00ed mu\u017ei<\/strong>. Spole\u010dnosti tak\u00e9 zav\u00e1d\u00ed politiku, kter\u00e1 podporuje rovnost \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f na pracovi\u0161ti. Je ot\u00e1zka, zda ur\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00edch kv\u00f3t pro po\u010det \u017een ve firm\u00e1ch a zejm\u00e9na ve vedouc\u00edch pozic\u00edch je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b faktem z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee tato skute\u010dnost proces narovn\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed pro ob\u011b pohlav\u00ed zna\u010dn\u011b urychluje.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rovnopravne_postaveni_zen_na_trhu_prace_v_nedohlednu\"><\/span>Rovnopr\u00e1vn\u00e9 postaven\u00ed \u017een na trhu pr\u00e1ce v nedohlednu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Navzdory t\u011bmto pokrok\u016fm je p\u0159ed \u017eenami je\u0161t\u011b dlouh\u00e1 cesta, ne\u017e dos\u00e1hnou na trhu pr\u00e1ce rovn\u00e9ho postaven\u00ed s mu\u017ei. \u017deny jsou za stejnou pr\u00e1ci st\u00e1le placeny m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e mu\u017ei a st\u00e1le je mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee budou ve firm\u00e1ch zast\u00e1vat vedouc\u00ed pozice ne\u017e mu\u017ei. Nav\u00edc na mnoha pracovi\u0161t\u00edch z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed velk\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem <strong>p\u0159edsudky spojen\u00e9 s\u00a0mate\u0159stv\u00edm a p\u00e9\u010d\u00ed o rodinu<\/strong>. \u017deny \u010del\u00ed specifick\u00fdm v\u00fdzv\u00e1m, pokud jde o slad\u011bn\u00ed pracovn\u00edch a rodinn\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Abychom vyrovnali podm\u00ednky pro mu\u017ee a \u017eeny na trhu pr\u00e1ce, je nezbytn\u00e9, abychom i nad\u00e1le bojovali za rovnost \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f na pracovi\u0161ti i mimo n\u011bj. Jen tak budou \u017eeny schopny dos\u00e1hnout skute\u010dn\u00e9 rovnosti s mu\u017ei, pokud jde o <strong>plat, postaven\u00ed a moc.<\/strong> Existuje \u0159ada organizac\u00ed a program\u016f, kter\u00e9 se sna\u017e\u00ed \u017een\u00e1m pomoci usp\u011bt na trhu pr\u00e1ce. Zm\u011bny jsou ovlivn\u011bny \u0159adou faktor\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b rostouc\u00edho po\u010dtu vysoko\u0161kolsky vzd\u011blan\u00fdch \u017een a klesaj\u00edc\u00edho po\u010dtu mu\u017e\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou zam\u011bstnan\u00ed. Tento trend bude pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b pokra\u010dovat i v\u00a0budoucnu.\u00a0 To bude m\u00edt z\u00e1sadn\u00ed dopad na trh pr\u00e1ce, proto\u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 budou muset st\u00e1le v\u00edce vych\u00e1zet vst\u0159\u00edc pot\u0159eb\u00e1m pracuj\u00edc\u00edch \u017een. <strong>Zejm\u00e9na budou muset zajistit v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed flexibilitu, pokud jde o pracovn\u00ed dobu a pracovn\u00ed re\u017eim, jako\u017e i p\u00e9\u010di o d\u011bti a dal\u0161\u00ed podp\u016frn\u00e9 slu\u017eby.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zmeny_na_trhu_prace\"><\/span>Zm\u011bny na trhu pr\u00e1ce<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Na modern\u00edm trhu pr\u00e1ce do\u0161lo v\u00a0posledn\u00edch letech k \u0159ad\u011b zm\u011bn. Pat\u0159\u00ed k nim rozvoj technologi\u00ed, globalizace ekonomik a m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se spole\u010densk\u00e9 normy t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se pracovn\u00edho a rodinn\u00e9ho \u017eivota. To v\u0161e hraje do karet rozvoji mo\u017enosti pracovn\u00edho uplatn\u011bn\u00ed pro \u017eeny. <strong>Flexibiln\u00ed pracovn\u00ed \u00favazky, firemn\u00ed \u0161kolky, cel\u00fd pracovn\u00ed \u00favazek formou home office<\/strong>. Ned\u00e1vno se otev\u0159ela nov\u00e1 diskuse k\u00a0tomuto t\u00e9matu pot\u00e9, co vl\u00e1da zm\u00ednila mo\u017enost <strong>zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9<\/strong>. Na jednu stranu je pravda, \u017ee m\u00e1me nejdel\u0161\u00ed mate\u0159skou a rodi\u010dovskou dovolenou v\u00a0Evrop\u011b. Je ale tak\u00e9 pravda, \u017ee oproti jin\u00fdm evropsk\u00fdm zem\u00edm u n\u00e1s zna\u010dn\u011b pokulh\u00e1v\u00e1 podpora matek s\u00a0mal\u00fdmi d\u011btmi u zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f. Z\u00a0tohoto d\u016fvodu se mnoho \u017een matek nevrac\u00ed na sv\u00e9 p\u016fvodn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto. Rad\u011bji vol\u00ed pr\u00e1ci m\u00e9n\u011b kvalifikovanou.<\/p>\n<p>Je t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee <strong>bez vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed podp\u016frn\u00e9 infrastruktury se zm\u011bna v\u00a0d\u00e9lce mate\u0159sk\u00e9 a rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 mine sv\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dinkem<\/strong>. Pokud matka nebude moci um\u00edstit d\u00edt\u011b do kvalitn\u00edho p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b si nebude moci dovolit kvalifikovanou ch\u016fvu, t\u011b\u017eko se bude do pracovn\u00edho procesu vracet.
