href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/zakonne-pojisteni-odpovednosti-zamestnavatele\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mezi zam\u011bstnanci a zam\u011bstnavateli.<\/a> Tento z\u00e1kon stanovuje pr\u00e1va a povinnosti obou stran a zaji\u0161\u0165uje ochranu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z\u00e1kon\u00edk pr\u00e1ce se rozd\u011bluje do n\u011bkolika \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 aspekty pracovn\u00edho pr\u00e1va:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>V\u0161eobecn\u00e1 ustanoven\u00ed<\/strong>: Definuj\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pojmy a z\u00e1sady pracovn\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00edch vztah\u016f, jako je ochrana zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, rovn\u00e9 zach\u00e1zen\u00ed a z\u00e1kaz diskriminace.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br:<\/strong> Upravuje vznik, zm\u011bny a skon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru, v\u010detn\u011b zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doby, v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed doby a podm\u00ednek pro okam\u017eit\u00e9 zru\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pracovn\u00ed doba a doba odpo\u010dinku:<\/strong> Stanovuje pravidla pro rozvr\u017een\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doby, p\u0159est\u00e1vky v pr\u00e1ci, pr\u00e1ci p\u0159es\u010das a no\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Bezpe\u010dnost a ochrana zdrav\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci:<\/strong> Zaji\u0161\u0165uje bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro zam\u011bstnance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed za pr\u00e1ci:<\/strong> Upravuje mzdy, platy a dal\u0161\u00ed formy odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z\u00e1kon\u00edk pr\u00e1ce tak\u00e9 obsahuje ustanoven\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se dovolen\u00e9, p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek v pr\u00e1ci, n\u00e1hrady v\u00fddaj\u016f a p\u00e9\u010de o zam\u011bstnance. Pravideln\u011b se aktualizuje, aby reflektoval<strong> zm\u011bny v pracovn\u00edm trhu a legislativ\u011b.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Prumerna_mzda_2025\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 mzda 2025<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00ed zm\u011bnou je \u00faprava v\u00fd\u0161e pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 mzda v roce 2025 je <\/span><b>46.557 K\u010d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Tato \u010d\u00e1stka p\u0159edstavuje pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem v\u0161ech zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v \u010cR a je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro v\u00fdpo\u010det r\u016fzn\u00fdch soci\u00e1ln\u00edch d\u00e1vek a poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zalohy_na_pojisteni_pro_OSVC_2025\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z\u00e1lohy na poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pro OSV\u010c 2025<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e1 zm\u011bna ovliv\u0148uje i z\u00e1lohy na <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/jednodussi-pausalni-dan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pro OSV\u010c<\/a>. Od 1. dubna 2025 dojde k prodlou\u017een\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doby v r\u00e1mci novely z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doba se prodlou\u017e\u00ed z dosavadn\u00edch 3 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f na 4 m\u011bs\u00edce.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pro vedouc\u00ed pracovn\u00edky<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doba se prodlou\u017e\u00ed z 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f na 8 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doba slou\u017e\u00ed k tomu, aby si zam\u011bstnanec i zam\u011bstnavatel mohli ov\u011b\u0159it, zda pracovn\u00ed vztah vyhovuje ob\u011bma stran\u00e1m.
