Pracujete-li v personalistice, pod\u00edvejte se, pro\u010d na n\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed a jak v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee pomoci p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru nov\u00fdch uchaze\u010d\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>Co je to firemn\u00ed kultura? <\/h2>\n<p>Firemn\u00ed kulturu lze definovat jako soustavu hodnot, norem, p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, postoj\u016f a domn\u011bnek, kter\u00e9 formuj\u00ed zp\u016fsob chov\u00e1n\u00ed a jedn\u00e1n\u00ed lid\u00ed a zp\u016fsoby vykon\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u00e1ce. Utv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed ji nap\u0159\u00edklad: symboly, ritu\u00e1ly, hodnoty a lid\u00e9. <\/p>\n<h3>Symboly <\/h3>\n<p>Mezi symboly pat\u0159\u00ed nejen prvky podnikov\u00e9ho designu, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad i \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00e9ho ostatn\u00ed uzn\u00e1vaj\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee se jednat o \u0161\u00e9fa, ale i o \u0159adov\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnance. Takov\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed pov\u011bst firmy a je <strong>konkuren\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdhodou.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Ritu\u00e1ly<\/h3>\n<p>Ritu\u00e1ly se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na zam\u011bstnance i z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. Za ritu\u00e1ly c\u00edlen\u00e9 na zam\u011bstnance lze pova\u017eovat zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fakol\u016f, nastaven\u00ed proces\u016f intern\u00ed komunikace, ale i neform\u00e1ln\u00ed firemn\u00ed akce jako jsou teambuildingy nebo ve\u010d\u00edrky. Ritu\u00e1ly c\u00edlen\u00e9 na z\u00e1kazn\u00edky zahrnuj\u00ed zp\u016fsoby osloven\u00ed a komunikace s nimi.<\/p>\n<h3>Hodnoty<\/h3>\n<p>Hodnoty jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm stavebn\u00edm kamenem firemn\u00ed kultury. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je um\u011bt je spr\u00e1vn\u011b rozpoznat a p\u0159i\u0159adit. Jestli\u017ee se to personalist\u016fm poda\u0159\u00ed, bude t\u00fdm i cel\u00e1 firma dosahovat <strong>mnohem lep\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jednou z metod pro ur\u010den\u00ed talent\u016f zam\u011bstnanc\u016f je <a href=\"https:\/\/modernirizeni.ihned.cz\/c1-65254150-tymove-role-aby-jeden-a-jeden-byli-tri\">typologie rol\u00ed \u010dlen\u016f t\u00fdmu od Mereditha Belbina<\/a>, kter\u00fd je \u010dlen\u00ed na:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>realiz\u00e1tory,<\/li>\n<li>koordin\u00e1tory,<\/li>\n<li>formova\u010de,<\/li>\n<li>tv\u016frce,<\/li>\n<li>odhalova\u010de zdroj\u016f,<\/li>\n<li>analytiky,<\/li>\n<li>t\u00fdmov\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky<\/li>\n<li>a dokon\u010dovatele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Firemn\u00ed kultura v praxi <\/h2>\n<p>Firemn\u00ed kultura nep\u016fsob\u00ed jen uvnit\u0159 spole\u010dnosti na zam\u011bstnance, ale i na z\u00e1kazn\u00edky nebo dodavatele. Pokud chce z\u00edskat konkuren\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdhodu, <strong>m\u011bla by spl\u0148ovat<\/strong> n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed body:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>formovat firemn\u00ed kulturu,<\/li>\n<li>prezentovat sv\u00e9 hodnoty nejen uvnit\u0159, ale i navenek, <\/li>\n<li>neust\u00e1l\u00e9 se u\u010dit a zdokonalovat, <\/li>\n<li>vysoce se orientovat na z\u00e1kazn\u00edka,<\/li>\n<li>pe\u010dovat o zam\u011bstnance a obchodn\u00ed partnery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Je na managementu, jak na n\u00ed bude pracovat, ale i na v\u00e1s personalistech, zda mu poskytujete zp\u011btnou vazbu a navrhujete p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 podn\u011bty ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1te-li ve firm\u011b kulturu <strong>jasn\u011b stanovenou<\/strong> a k tomu <strong>dobrou pov\u011bst,<\/strong> p\u0159ihl\u00e1s\u00ed se v\u00e1m do v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed mnohem v\u00edce kvalitn\u00edch uchaze\u010d\u016f. Jako personalist\u00e9 byste m\u011bli zn\u00e1t vizi spole\u010dnosti, jej\u00ed hodnoty, sou\u010dasn\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance a jejich role.
