N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1bor\u00e1\u0159i se toho neboj\u00ed a nap\u00ed\u0161\u00ed do textu inzerce rovnou v\u011btu: <em>&#8220;Hled\u00e1me vedouc\u00edho prodejny star\u0161\u00edho 25 let.&#8221;<\/em> Znamen\u00e1 to snad, \u017ee kdy\u017e je v\u00e1m o rok m\u00e9n\u011b, nem\u00e1 ani cenu odepisovat? To ur\u010dit\u011b ne.<\/p>\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bji b\u00fdvaj\u00ed mlad\u00ed kandid\u00e1ti \u010di absolventi st\u0159edn\u00edch a vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol <strong>vylou\u010deni po\u017eadavkem na d\u00e9lku praxe<\/strong>. Z\u00e1kon m\u00e1 za to, \u017ee pro stanoven\u00e9 podm\u00ednky v pracovn\u00edch inzer\u00e1tech mus\u00ed b\u00fdt rozumn\u00e9 (objektivn\u00ed) d\u016fvody. N\u011bkdy je ale p\u0159esto slo\u017eit\u00e9 posoudit jejich opr\u00e1vn\u011bnost, pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zhodnotit, zda je po\u017eadovan\u00e1 d\u00e9lka praxe adekv\u00e1tn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Diskriminace m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i <strong>podle pohlav\u00ed<\/strong>. Nap\u0159. n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pod sebou necht\u011bj\u00ed m\u00edt \u017eeny z d\u016fvodu p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9ho odchodu na mate\u0159skou dovolenou nebo na o\u0161et\u0159ovn\u00e9 s d\u00edt\u011btem. Ale t\u0159eba u pozic vysoce postaven\u00fdch vedouc\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f, mana\u017eer\u016f, \u0159editel\u016f a zam\u011bstnanc\u016f s vysokou m\u00edrou zodpov\u011bdnosti je ur\u010dit\u00e1<strong> po\u017eadovan\u00e1 d\u00e9lka praxe rozumn\u00e1<\/strong>. Ne ka\u017ed\u00e1 profese se d\u00e1 vykon\u00e1vat pouze s teoretick\u00fdmi znalostmi z dob studi\u00ed \u010di na\u010derpan\u00fdch informac\u00ed z v\u00edkendov\u00e9ho \u0161kolen\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatele.<\/p>\n<p>Na <strong>m\u00e9n\u011b kvalifikovan\u00e9 pozice<\/strong>, jako jsou prodava\u010dka a ukl\u00edze\u010dka, nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 po\u017eadovat n\u011bkolikalet\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti. Pozor! Nutnou d\u00e9lku praxe ale u n\u011bkter\u00fdch pozic stanovuj\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed normy. Stejn\u011b tak u profes\u00ed, kde se zam\u011bstnanec b\u011b\u017en\u011b setk\u00e1v\u00e1 s bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi riziky, nap\u0159. je hl\u00edda\u010d n\u011bjak\u00e9ho objektu apod. Prod\u00e1vat alkohol a cigarety sm\u00ed tak\u00e9 jen lid\u00e9 od 18 let. Jestli\u017ee se tedy v inzer\u00e1tu do\u010dtete, \u017ee po\u017eaduj\u00ed plnoletost, pak se nemus\u00ed jednat o diskriminaci mlad\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1jemc\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jak_se_branit_proti_jednoznacne_diskriminaci\"><\/span>Jak se br\u00e1nit proti jednozna\u010dn\u00e9 diskriminaci?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Z\u00e1v\u011brem bychom r\u00e1di zm\u00ednili, \u017ee proti jasn\u00e9 diskriminaci se m\u00e1 smysl br\u00e1nit. V\u00fdjimky na v\u011bk kandid\u00e1t\u016f existuj\u00ed, ale jsou sp\u00ed\u0161e ojedin\u011bl\u00e9. Setk\u00e1te-li se s diskriminac\u00ed v\u011bku, pohlav\u00ed, n\u00e1rodnosti \u010di barvy k\u016f\u017ee, ohra\u010fte se! V prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b m\u016f\u017eete zkusit argumentovat proti p\u0159edsudk\u016fm potencion\u00e1ln\u00edho zam\u011bstnavatele, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b personalistu upozorn\u011bte, \u017ee se dopou\u0161t\u00ed diskriminace.<\/p>\n<p>A na koho se m\u016f\u017eete obr\u00e1tit? Pomoc v\u00e1m ur\u010dit\u011b neodm\u00edtne ani jedna zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 instituce \u2013\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.suip.cz\/pracovnepravni-vztahy\/podani-podnetu-ke-kontrole\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>St\u00e1tn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad inspekce pr\u00e1ce<\/b><\/a> a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ochrance.cz\/\"><b>Ve\u0159ejn\u00fd ochr\u00e1nce pr\u00e1v<\/b><\/a>. Oba tyto \u00fa\u0159ady se p\u0159\u00edpady ohledn\u011b diskriminace zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed.
