Jak\u00e9 jsou jeho rizika i p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny a um\u00edte jej rozeznat?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Co je to syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed a jak\u00e9 jsou jeho p\u0159\u00edznaky?<\/h2>\n<p>L\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 odborn\u00e1 spole\u010dnost definuje syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed jako <strong>naprostou ztr\u00e1tu z\u00e1jmu o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>, ale i o \u010dinnosti, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1s d\u0159\u00edve t\u0159eba i bavily. Jedn\u00e1 se o jakousi <strong>apatii <\/strong>a<strong> nez\u00e1jem, ztr\u00e1tu motivace <\/strong>i<strong> chuti do pr\u00e1c<\/strong>e. Najdeme v\u0161ak i p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy se objevil tento syndrom ji\u017e po p\u00e1r letech nebo m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch na jedn\u00e9 pozici.
