Prokrastinace ob\u010das tr\u00e1p\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s. Odkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fakol\u016f na pozd\u011bji n\u00e1s v\u0161ak stoj\u00ed ve fin\u00e1le mnohem v\u00edce \u010dasu a zp\u016fsobuje stres. Jak kone\u010dn\u011b zato\u010dit s prokrastinac\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Co je to prokrastinace? Um\u00edte ji rozli\u0161it?<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee se v\u00e1s prokrastinace net\u00fdk\u00e1? Nikdy jste se nep\u0159istihli p\u0159i bezmy\u0161lenkovit\u00e9m scrollov\u00e1n\u00ed po soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch, kdy\u017e m\u00e1te zrovna na pr\u00e1ci n\u011bco d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edho nebo jste nikdy neza\u010dali ukl\u00edzet cel\u00fd byt, jen proto\u017ee se v\u00e1m necht\u011blo u\u010dit nap\u0159\u00edklad <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/priprava-na-zkousky-statnice\/\">na st\u00e1tnice<\/a>? Jestli\u017ee s \u010dist\u00fdm sv\u011bdom\u00edm souhlasn\u011b pokyvujete, m\u016f\u017eeme v\u00e1m<strong> pouze gratulovat<\/strong>. Pat\u0159\u00edte mezi velmi mal\u00e9 procento lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed neprokrastinuj\u00ed nikdy.<\/p>\n<p>Av\u0161ak pokud st\u00e1le tento \u010dl\u00e1nek \u010dtete, probl\u00e9m prokrastinace se v\u00e1s pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b t\u00fdk\u00e1 a chcete v\u011bd\u011bt, <strong>jak se jej zbavit<\/strong>, \u017ee? Poj\u010fme si tedy nejprve definovat, co pojem prokrastinace znamen\u00e1. Jedn\u00e1 se o <strong>tendenci odkl\u00e1dat pln\u011bn\u00ed \u010dinnost\u00ed a \u00fakol\u016f na pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dobu<\/strong> \u2013 \u010dasto na neur\u010dito. V\u011bt\u0161inou odkl\u00e1d\u00e1me pouze ty nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 (av\u0161ak \u010dasto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9) \u010dinnosti, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nebav\u00ed a nejsme motivov\u00e1ni je splnit.<\/p>\n<p>Povinnosti nahrazujeme ned\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdmi \u010dinnostmi, nebo dokonce nicned\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm. Nem\u016f\u017eeme prokrastinaci <strong>zam\u011b\u0148ovat s lenost\u00ed nebo odpo\u010dinkem<\/strong>, jedn\u00e1 se o naprosto odli\u0161n\u00e9 \u010dinnosti. Rozd\u00edl tkv\u00ed v<strong> motivaci<\/strong>. Pro lenost je typickou pohnutkou chu\u0165 ned\u011blat v\u016fbec nic, ani se nezvednout z gau\u010de. Jestli\u017ee jsme l\u00edn\u00ed nechce se n\u00e1m \u010dasto d\u011blat ani to, co n\u00e1s oby\u010dejn\u011b bav\u00ed. Odpo\u010dinek zase nutn\u011b pot\u0159ebujeme pro regeneraci organismu a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9mu fungov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Motivac\u00ed prokrastinace b\u00fdv\u00e1 <strong>pouze vyhnut\u00ed se t\u00e9 ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u010dinnosti<\/strong>, do kter\u00e9 se n\u00e1m nechce. Jakoukoliv jinou (t\u0159eba i jindy nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd \u00faklid) \u010dinnost najednou v\u00edt\u00e1me s otev\u0159enou n\u00e1ru\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>10 tip\u016f: Jak zato\u010dit s prokrastinac\u00ed?<\/h2>\n<p>Prokrastinace n\u00e1m <strong>br\u00e1n\u00ed v produktivit\u011b<\/strong>. \u010casto n\u00e1s stoj\u00ed nakonec v\u00edce pr\u00e1ce, \u010dasu nebo i pen\u011bz, ne\u017e kdybychom se \u010dinnosti efektivn\u011b v\u011bnovali hned od za\u010d\u00e1tku. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z n\u00e1s k n\u00ed maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed tendenci t\u00edhnout, jin\u00ed se dr\u017e\u00ed pevn\u011bji sv\u00e9ho <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/time-management\/\">time managementu<\/a> a dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed odolat. Pokud pat\u0159\u00edte do prvn\u00ed skupiny, nev\u011b\u0161te hlavu \u2013 v\u0161e se d\u00e1 tr\u00e9novat a pomohou v\u00e1m s t\u00edm n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed tipy.<\/p>\n<h3>Tip 1: Nastavte spr\u00e1vn\u011b v\u00e1\u0161 mindset<\/h3>\n<p>Pokud od sam\u00e9ho za\u010d\u00e1tku budete myslet negativn\u011b, p\u0159em\u00edtat nad t\u00edm, jak se v\u00e1m do \u010dinnosti nechce a jak bude nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1, jedin\u00e9 \u010deho dos\u00e1hnete bude, \u017ee si danou \u010dinnost <strong>je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce zprotiv\u00edte<\/strong>. Ned\u011blejte z kom\u00e1ra velblouda a rad\u011bji p\u0159enastavte trochu sv\u016fj mindset. Udr\u017e\u00edte-li si pozitivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup, pr\u00e1ce v\u00e1m p\u016fjde rychleji od ruky, nedostav\u00ed se zbyte\u010dn\u00fd stres a nezkaz\u00edte si n\u00e1ladu je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159edt\u00edm ne\u017e skute\u010dn\u011b za\u010dnete.<\/p>\n<p>M\u016f\u017eete se tak\u00e9 \u0159\u00eddit heslem: <em>Fake it, till you make it. <\/em>Tedy: <em>P\u0159edst\u00edrej, dokud to nen\u00ed pravda. <\/em>Sv\u016fj mozek m\u016f\u017eete pozitivn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstupem <strong>o\u0161\u00e1lit a p\u0159edst\u00edrat<\/strong>, \u017ee se v\u00e1m ve skute\u010dnosti do dan\u00e9 \u010dinnosti chce. Mo\u017en\u00e1 jej o\u0161\u00e1l\u00edte natolik, \u017ee se za\u010dnou vyplavovat hormony \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, zlep\u0161\u00ed se v\u00e1m n\u00e1lada a vy si dokonce vytvo\u0159\u00edte lep\u0161\u00ed vztah k \u00fakolu.<\/p>\n<h3>Tip 2: Uv\u011bdomte si sv\u00e9 pro\u010d<\/h3>\n<p>Nechce se v\u00e1m do u\u010den\u00ed na zkou\u0161ku nebo t\u0159eba do vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed prezentace do pr\u00e1ce? P\u0159edstavte si a uv\u011bdomte si, jak\u00fd <strong>d\u016fvod se za onou povinnost\u00ed skr\u00fdv\u00e1<\/strong>. Pro\u010d mus\u00edte \u00fakol splnit a v jak\u00e9 podob\u011b se v\u00e1m vr\u00e1t\u00ed v\u00fdsledek. Projdete zkou\u0161kou a u\u017e se na ni nebudete muset znova p\u0159ipravovat nebo dostanete pochvalu od vedouc\u00edho, kter\u00fd v budoucnu bude rozhodovat, koho pov\u00fd\u0161\u00ed? To je va\u0161e \u0161ance, jak zm\u011bnit sv\u016fj p\u0159\u00edstup k nep\u0159\u00edjemnosti, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1s \u010dek\u00e1. Za v\u0161\u00edm hledejte motivaci.<\/p>\n<h3>Tip 3: Myslete realisticky<\/h3>\n<p>Promyslete si sv\u016fj postup, stanovte si pl\u00e1n na dosa\u017een\u00ed c\u00edle a v\u017edy u toho myslete realisticky. Nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>p\u0159i stanoven\u00ed deadlinu<\/strong> po\u010d\u00edtejte s p\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou \u010dasovou rezervou, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1s nebude zbyte\u010dn\u011b stresovat. Tak\u00e9 si promyslete, zda onen \u00fakol skute\u010dn\u011b p\u0159edstavuje takovou p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku, jakou se v\u00e1m nyn\u00ed jev\u00ed. <strong>Rozeberte jej ze v\u0161ech stran<\/strong>, rozd\u011blte na d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed celky a postupujte krok za krokem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159izp\u016fsobte sv\u016fj pl\u00e1n va\u0161\u00ed p\u0159irozenosti:<\/strong> Jestli\u017ee jste nap\u0159\u00edklad no\u010dn\u00ed sova, nenu\u0165te se zbyte\u010dn\u011b vst\u00e1vat a plnit \u00fakol v brzk\u00fdch rann\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch a naopak. Pracovn\u00ed st\u016fl, m\u00edstnost a nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed okol\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete upravit tak, aby v\u00e1m co nejv\u00edce <strong>pom\u00e1halo s v\u00fdkonem<\/strong>. Odstra\u0148te p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ru\u0161iv\u00e9 elementy, telefon odneste do jin\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti nebo jej vypn\u011bte a sna\u017ete se soust\u0159edit pouze na stanoven\u00fd \u00fakol. Pokud v\u00e1s nic nebude ru\u0161it, rychleji \u00fakol spln\u00edte a nebudete m\u00edt neust\u00e1lou tendenci kontrolovat soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a telefon\u00e1ty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si tak\u00e9:<\/strong> <em>S neust\u00e1lou kontrolou na\u0161ich chytr\u00fdch telefon\u016f v\u00fdrazn\u011b souvis\u00ed tak\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/syndrom-fomo\/\">syndrom FoMO<\/a>. Jste si jist\u00ed, \u017ee netrp\u00edte jeho p\u0159\u00edznaky?<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Tip 5: Metoda cukr a bi\u010d<\/h3>\n<p>Odm\u011bnov\u00fd syst\u00e9m velmi dob\u0159e motivuje k v\u00fdkonu a <strong>vytvo\u0159it si jej m\u016f\u017eete i zcela sami.<\/strong> Stanovte si jasn\u00e9 odm\u011bny za d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed c\u00edle, kter\u00e9 spln\u00edte. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete ur\u010dit trest za sklouznut\u00ed k prokrastinaci. Velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 ov\u0161em je tento syst\u00e9m <strong>dodr\u017eovat<\/strong>, bez v\u00fdjimek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edklady vhodn\u00fdch odm\u011bn:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>5 a\u017e 10 minut pauzy<\/strong> \u2013 za spln\u011bnou \u010d\u00e1st \u00fakolu, nau\u010denou kapitolu na zkou\u0161ku apod. si ud\u011blejte kr\u00e1tkou pauzu, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 se \u00fapln\u011b uvoln\u011bte. Klidn\u011b si vezm\u011bte do ruky telefon a brouzdejte po internetu, dejte si sva\u010dinu nebo se na chv\u00edli projd\u011bte. Mozek si tak\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuje odpo\u010dinout, nejsme schopni udr\u017eet pozornost n\u011bkolik hodin v kuse. My\u0161lenky se v\u00e1m ut\u0159\u00edd\u00ed, zregenerujete se a zase se vrhn\u011bte do pr\u00e1ce. \u010casov\u00e9 bloky striktn\u011b dodr\u017eujte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Obl\u00edben\u00e9 j\u00eddlo nebo sladk\u00e1 odm\u011bna<\/strong> \u2013 pokud se zrovna sna\u017e\u00edte shodit p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00e1 kila, nejedn\u00e1 se o p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vhodn\u00fd syst\u00e9m odm\u011bn. Av\u0161ak i v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u016f\u017eete s\u00e1hnout po n\u011bjak\u00e9 zdrav\u00e9 a kvalitn\u00ed odm\u011bn\u011b.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mas\u00e1\u017e a jin\u00fd relax<\/strong> \u2013 za dokon\u010den\u00ed zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti \u00fakolu m\u016f\u017eete zvolit i v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed odm\u011bnu v podob\u011b n\u011bjak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 mas\u00e1\u017ee nebo jin\u00e9 formy relaxu. Nic nen\u00ed lep\u0161\u00edho ne\u017e vo\u0148av\u00e1 vana po t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9m a n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m dni, na kterou se t\u011b\u0161\u00edte u\u017e od r\u00e1na.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tip 6: Ve dvou se to l\u00e9pe t\u00e1hne<\/h3>\n<p>Sparing partnera si m\u016f\u017eete naj\u00edt nejen na sport, ale i v pracovn\u00ed \u010di studentsk\u00e9 str\u00e1nce \u017eivota. S kamar\u00e1dem nebo kamar\u00e1dkou se m\u016f\u017eete dohodnout <strong>na vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 podpo\u0159e<\/strong>. Hl\u00eddat jeden druh\u00e9ho, aby neprokrastinoval, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 se chv\u00e1lit a odm\u011b\u0148ovat za kvalitn\u00ed v\u00fdkony.<\/p>\n<p>Nav\u00edc sv\u016fj c\u00edl budete muset vyslovit nahlas p\u0159ed n\u011bk\u00fdm dal\u0161\u00edm, co\u017e vede k v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed motivaci skute\u010dn\u011b se mu i v\u011bnovat. Tento tip funguje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v za\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch boje s prokrastinac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Tip 7: Pravidlo 5 minut<\/h3>\n<p>Za\u0159a\u010fte do \u017eivota pravidlo 5 minut. Co znamen\u00e1? Cokoliv, co <strong>netrv\u00e1 d\u00e9le ne\u017e 5 minut, ud\u011blejte hned<\/strong>. Bu\u010f na za\u010d\u00e1tku dne nebo t\u0159eba na za\u010d\u00e1tku pracovn\u00ed doby. Vy\u010dist\u00edte si takto hlavu i sv\u016fj seznam \u00fakol\u016f od t\u011bch nejmen\u0161\u00edch a na hlavn\u00ed povinnosti za\u010dnete pracovat s \u010dist\u00fdm \u0161t\u00edtem. Nic v\u00e1s nebude vyru\u0161ovat a vy z\u00e1rove\u0148 nebudete m\u00edt mo\u017enost sklouznout k prokrastinaci.<\/p>\n<h3>Tip 8: Nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00fakoly maj\u00ed p\u0159ednost<\/h3>\n<p>Hned potom, co si vy\u010dist\u00edte 5 minutov\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti d\u00edky p\u0159edchoz\u00edmu bodu, za\u010dn\u011bte s t\u00edm nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edm \u00fakolem cel\u00e9ho dne. Zbav\u00edte se jej velmi brzy a <strong>nebudete m\u00edt tendenci odsouvat jej<\/strong> a\u017e na konec dne, kde by pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b z\u016fstal zase a\u017e do z\u00edtra. Tak\u00e9 se v\u00e1m znovu uvoln\u00ed mysl, jeliko\u017e to nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed b\u0159emeno nepot\u00e1hnete p\u0159ed sebou a p\u0159estanete na n\u011bj myslet po jeho vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Na za\u010d\u00e1tku dne nav\u00edc disponujeme <strong>nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1sobou energie<\/strong>, kterou efektivn\u011b vyu\u017eijete pro t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd \u00fakol a vyhnete se frustraci.<\/p>\n<h3>Tip 9: Multitasking nen\u00ed ta prav\u00e1 volba<\/h3>\n<p>Pokud v\u00e1s \u010dasto tr\u00e1p\u00ed prokrastinace, multitasking (d\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00edce \u010dinnost\u00ed najednou) nen\u00ed zrovna tou pravou volbou. V\u017edy se pokuste\u00a0 d\u011blat <strong>pouze jednu v\u011bc<\/strong> a na tu pln\u011b soust\u0159edit ve\u0161kerou svoji pozornost, \u010das i energii. L\u00e9pe se pak zkoncentrujete a nebudou v\u00e1s ru\u0161it dal\u0161\u00ed podn\u011bty nebo my\u0161lenky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se jin\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si tak\u00e9:<\/strong> <em>Pokud se toho na v\u00e1s opravdu val\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161, i kdy se pr\u00e1ci v\u011bnujete sv\u011bdomit\u011b, <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/delegovani\/\">zkuste ned\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 a jednoduch\u00e9 \u00fakoly delegovat<\/a> na ostatn\u00ed.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Tip 10: Prost\u011b za\u010dn\u011bte<\/h3>\n<p>N\u011bkdy pom\u016f\u017ee i r\u00e1zn\u00fd krok, p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed nechuti a sta\u010d\u00ed jednodu\u0161e za\u010d\u00edt. Mo\u017en\u00e1 v p\u016flce \u00fakolu zjist\u00edte, \u017ee ani nev\u00edte, jak jste se dostali a\u017e tam a \u017ee to vlastn\u011b tak \u0161patn\u00e9 nen\u00ed. Ud\u011blat prvn\u00ed krok ob\u010das stoj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 to p\u0159em\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed. <strong>Za\u010dn\u011bte jakkoliv<\/strong> a zbytek ji\u017e do\u0159e\u0161\u00edte v pr\u016fb\u011bhu (nap\u0159\u00edklad pouprav\u00edte postup, priority apod.).<\/p>\n<p>S postupem \u010dasu se prokrastinace t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 vytrat\u00ed z va\u0161eho \u017eivota. Zm\u011bna stereotypu chce cvik a p\u00edli, ale stoj\u00ed za to. Vykro\u010dte ze za\u010darovan\u00e9ho kruhu, kter\u00fd nem\u00e1 konce a jakmile si na nov\u00fd re\u017eim zvyknete, odm\u011bn\u00ed v\u00e1s v\u017edy p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd pocit <em>m\u00e1m hotovo<\/em> a voln\u00fd \u010das, kter\u00fd z\u00edsk\u00e1te.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asi to zn\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s.
