Tento strach je spojen s u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed, kdy jsme neust\u00e1le v obraze a o v\u0161ech v\u0161echno v\u00edme. Kdy\u017e se pot\u00e9 na chv\u00edli odpoj\u00edme od online sv\u011bta, m\u016f\u017ee se u n\u011bkter\u00fdch z n\u00e1s (a v\u011b\u0159te, \u017ee jich je mnoho) probouzet strach, \u017ee o n\u011bco p\u0159ijdou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u010clov\u011bk, kter\u00fd si vytvo\u0159il <strong>z\u00e1vislost na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch<\/strong>, pak trp\u00ed strachem, \u017ee mu n\u011bkdo p\u00ed\u0161e a on hned neodpov\u00ed, unikne mu n\u011bkolik stories p\u0159\u00e1tel nebo novinky ze sv\u011bta <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/facebook-marketing\/\">Facebooku<\/a> \u010di Instagramu, ale i jin\u00fdch soci\u00e1ln\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00ed. Rychle tedy s\u00e1hne po chytr\u00e9m telefonu nebo alespo\u0148 hodink\u00e1ch a zkontroluje, co se ve virtu\u00e1ln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b d\u011bje.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Je v\u00e1m takov\u00e1 situace pov\u011bdom\u00e1? Pak mo\u017en\u00e1 syndromem FoMO trp\u00edte tak\u00e9, ani\u017e byste si tuto skute\u010dnost uv\u011bdomovali. M\u00e1me pro v\u00e1s v\u0161ak dobrou zpr\u00e1vu \u2013 m\u016f\u017eete se mu velmi \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b <strong>br\u00e1nit<\/strong>. Op\u011bt p\u0159elo\u017eeno z anglick\u00e9ho <strong>Joy of missing out<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>radost<\/strong> z toho, <strong>\u017ee n\u00e1m n\u011bco unik\u00e1<\/strong>. Jedn\u00e1 se o <strong>zdrav\u00fd a zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup<\/strong>, kdy soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me v\u011bdom\u011b.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Neznamen\u00e1 to \u00faplnou abstinenci a nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed internetu nebo soci\u00e1ln\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00ed. Koneckonc\u016f takov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b nen\u00ed zcela dob\u0159e pou\u017eiteln\u00fd, pokud se nechcete zav\u0159\u00edt do chr\u00e1mu zenov\u00fdch mistr\u016f. Mezi prvn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky pat\u0159\u00ed <strong>nervozita, netrp\u011blivost a \u0161patn\u00e1 n\u00e1lada<\/strong>. S postupem \u010dasu se d\u00e1le p\u0159id\u00e1 <strong>nepozornost, rozt\u011bkanost<\/strong>. Nem\u016f\u017eete se soust\u0159edit na pr\u00e1ci, vyru\u0161uje v\u00e1s neust\u00e1l\u00e9 nutk\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00e1hnout po telefonu a zkontrolovat soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mezi nejhor\u0161\u00ed a nejvarovn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sign\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m zaru\u010den\u011b napov\u00ed, \u017ee u\u017e n\u011bco nen\u00ed v po\u0159\u00e1dku, pat\u0159\u00ed pocity <strong>\u00fazkosti<\/strong>, stavy jako p\u0159i <strong>abstinen\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznac\u00edch<\/strong> a <strong>bu\u0161en\u00ed srdce<\/strong>, pokud nem\u016f\u017eete sledovat, co se na internetu d\u011bje.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nejpozd\u011bji tady by v\u00e1s m\u011bla kontrolka v hlav\u011b zaru\u010den\u011b probudit a vy byste se m\u011bli za\u010d\u00edt v\u011bnovat <strong>digit\u00e1ln\u00edmu minimalismu<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_muze_zpusobit\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Co m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit?<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Najdeme hned n\u011bkolik oblast\u00ed, kde se m\u016f\u017ee z\u00e1vislost na informac\u00edch z internetu projevit. T\u00edm se velmi naru\u0161uje vztah k sob\u011b sam\u00e9mu a m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st a\u017e fat\u00e1ln\u00edm n\u00e1sledk\u016fm, kter\u00e9 si jist\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd um\u00edme p\u0159edstavit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Doj\u00edt to m\u016f\u017ee a\u017e tak daleko, \u017ee jedinci propadnou <strong>depres\u00edm nebo \u00fazkostem<\/strong>, proto\u017ee jsou neust\u00e1le p\u0159ipout\u00e1n\u00ed k virtu\u00e1ln\u00edmu (a fiktivn\u00edmu) sv\u011btu dokonalosti. Ten v nich vzbuzuje <strong>podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnost a m\u00e9n\u011bcennost<\/strong>, ale p\u0159esto se od n\u011bj nedok\u00e1\u017eou odtrhnout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Internetov\u00fd sv\u011bt se jednodu\u0161e stal ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161eho \u017eivota. I kdy\u017e n\u00e1m p\u0159inesl spoustu benefit\u016f \u2013 mo\u017enost zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed, online vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed s p\u0159\u00e1teli p\u0159es celou republiku a dal\u0161\u00ed skv\u011bl\u00e9 v\u00fdhody, m\u00e1 i sv\u00e9 stinn\u00e9 str\u00e1nky. Odv\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z v\u00e1s mohou vyzkou\u0161et den nebo dva (v\u00edkend?), kter\u00fd budou tr\u00e1vit jin\u00fdmi \u010dinnostmi z dosahu soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed, internetu, ide\u00e1ln\u011b i sign\u00e1lu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Vzdy_vam_neco_unikne_smirte_se_s_tim\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2\/ V\u017edy v\u00e1m n\u011bco unikne, smi\u0159te se s t\u00edm<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pokud vych\u00e1z\u00edme z faktu, \u017ee syndrom FoMO je strach z unik\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed, budete se muset sm\u00ed\u0159it s t\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00e1m v\u017edy n\u011bco unikne. Internetov\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed je neskute\u010dn\u011b dynamick\u00e9, rychl\u00e9 a m\u011bn\u00ed se ka\u017edou vte\u0159inu \u2013 \u00a0doslova.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nikdy tedy <strong>nem\u016f\u017eete stihnout v\u0161e<\/strong>, ani kdybyste na internetu tr\u00e1vili 24 hodin denn\u011b.
