Z\u00e1kon v\u0161ak nestanovuje p\u0159esn\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak to prok\u00e1zat \u2013 nen\u00ed tedy nutn\u00e9 p\u0159edkl\u00e1dat seznam \u010dlen\u016f.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zam\u011bstnavatel nesm\u00ed vy\u017eadovat informace o \u010dlenstv\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v odborech, co\u017e chr\u00e1n\u00ed jejich soukrom\u00ed. \u010clenov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9ho v\u00fdboru se v\u0161ak obvykle sami identifikuj\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve firm\u011b m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit v\u00edce odborov\u00fdch organizac\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u011b. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u00e1 zam\u011bstnavatel povinnost jednat se v\u0161emi z nich a <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/kolektivni-smlouva-co-to-je\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">poskytovat jim z\u00e1konem stanoven\u00e9 informace.<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zam\u011bstnavatel nesm\u00ed zam\u011bstnance za odborovou \u010dinnost nijak postihovat. P\u0159esto se v praxi ob\u010das objevuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpady diskriminace, kter\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt \u0159e\u0161eny pr\u00e1vn\u00ed cestou.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_odbory_delaji_a_proc_je_zalozit\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co odbory d\u011blaj\u00ed a pro\u010d je zalo\u017eit?<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Bezpe\u010dnost pr\u00e1ce<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odbory dohl\u00ed\u017eej\u00ed na dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pravidel bezpe\u010dnosti a ochrany zdrav\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/skoleni-bozp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(BOZP).<\/a> Mohou upozornit na rizika na pracovi\u0161ti, iniciovat \u0161kolen\u00ed a po\u017eadovat n\u00e1pravu v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek. Jejich c\u00edlem je zajistit, aby zam\u011bstnanci pracovali v prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je zdrav\u00e9 a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Spravedliv\u00e9 odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odbory usiluj\u00ed o f\u00e9rov\u00e9 mzdy, kter\u00e9 odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed vykon\u00e1van\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci, kvalifikaci a n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti pracovn\u00edch podm\u00ednek. Pom\u00e1haj\u00ed vyjedn\u00e1vat o<a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/zarucena-mzda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> mzd\u00e1ch, p\u0159\u00edplatc\u00edch, bonusech a dal\u0161\u00edch form\u00e1ch odm\u011bn,<\/a> aby zam\u011bstnanci nebyli finan\u010dn\u011b znev\u00fdhodn\u011bni.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vyjedn\u00e1vac\u00ed pozice<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jednotlivec m\u00e1 p\u0159i vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se zam\u011bstnavatelem omezen\u00e9 mo\u017enosti. Odbory v\u0161ak zastupuj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed skupinu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, co\u017e jim d\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1hu p\u0159i kolektivn\u00edm vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. D\u00edky tomu mohou efektivn\u011bji <strong>prosazovat zm\u011bny a zlep\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edch podm\u00ednek.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed pomoci a poradenstv\u00ed<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9 odbory \u010dasto spolupracuj\u00ed s pr\u00e1vn\u00edky a odborn\u00edky na pracovn\u00ed pr\u00e1vo. \u010clenov\u00e9 odbor\u016f tak maj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k pr\u00e1vn\u00edmu poradenstv\u00ed, pomoci p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edch spor\u016f, zastupov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i kontrol\u00e1ch nebo p\u0159i soudn\u00edch \u0159\u00edzen\u00edch.
