Tato setk\u00e1n\u00ed by m\u011bla b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e1 jak pro zam\u011bstnance, tak pro jejich nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9. <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/vytykaci-dopis-zamestnanci\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zam\u011bstnanci<\/a> l\u00e9pe pochop\u00ed, <strong>co d\u011blaj\u00ed dob\u0159e a kde maj\u00ed prostor pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed.<\/strong> Mana\u017ee\u0159i maj\u00ed naopak mo\u017enost sd\u011blit sv\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, \u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9my d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e bude pozd\u011b, identifikovat nejv\u00fdkonn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00edky a <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161it anga\u017eovanost a motivaci.<\/strong> I kdy\u017e se hodnocen\u00ed v\u00fdkonnosti zam\u011bstnanc\u016f obvykle prov\u00e1d\u00ed jednou ro\u010dn\u011b, st\u00e1le v\u00edce firem p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed na \u010dtvrtletn\u00ed, m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed nebo dokonce t\u00fddenn\u00ed zp\u011btnou vazbu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_by_melo_byt_soucasti_hodnoceni_zamestnancu\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co by m\u011blo b\u00fdt sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f?<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bez ohledu na odv\u011btv\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina hodnocen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f zahrnuje posouzen\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch dovednost\u00ed: <strong>komunikace, spolupr\u00e1ce a t\u00fdmov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce, kvalita a p\u0159esnost pr\u00e1ce, schopnost dosahovat c\u00edl\u016f a dodr\u017eovat term\u00edny, kreativn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f, doch\u00e1zka, dochvilnost a spolehlivost.<\/strong> Hodnocen\u00ed by m\u011blo tak\u00e9 zahrnovat v\u0161echny kompetence specifick\u00e9 pro danou pracovn\u00ed pozici, stejn\u011b jako \u00fasp\u011bchy a p\u0159\u00ednos zam\u011bstnance pro jeho roli nebo firmu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co by m\u011blo hodnocen\u00ed zam\u011bstnance obsahovat?<\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Identifika\u010dn\u00ed \u00fadaje:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Jm\u00e9no a p\u0159\u00edjmen\u00ed zam\u011bstnance, pozice, kterou zast\u00e1val a obdob\u00ed, kdy byl zam\u011bstn\u00e1n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pracovn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Popis kvality pr\u00e1ce, produktivity, schopnosti spolupr\u00e1ce, iniciativy a dal\u0161\u00edch relevantn\u00edch aspekt\u016f.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Datum a podpis:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Datum vypracov\u00e1n\u00ed posudku a podpis odpov\u011bdn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edka.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pracovn\u00ed reference se <strong>\u010dasto vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>, kdy nov\u00fd zam\u011bstnavatel m\u016f\u017ee po\u017eadovat hodnocen\u00ed od p\u0159edchoz\u00edho zam\u011bstnavatele.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V pracovn\u00edm posudku by m\u011bly b\u00fdt jasn\u011b uvedeny jm\u00e9no a p\u0159\u00edjmen\u00ed zam\u011bstnance, stejn\u011b jako p\u0159esn\u00e9 datum, kdy byl ve spole\u010dnosti zam\u011bstn\u00e1n. D\u00e1le by m\u011bla b\u00fdt specifikov\u00e1na pracovn\u00ed pozice, kterou zam\u011bstnanec zast\u00e1val.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed pracovn\u00edho posudku je hodnocen\u00ed pracovn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu. Zam\u011bstnavatel by m\u011bl poskytnout hodnocen\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se pracovn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f zam\u011bstnance, jeho kvalifikace, schopnost\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edch aspekt\u016f v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce, jako je iniciativa a schopnost spolupr\u00e1ce v t\u00fdmu. Zam\u011bstnavatel m\u00e1 volnost v tom, jak zam\u011bstnance hodnot\u00ed. Pracovn\u00ed posudek <strong>by v\u0161ak nem\u011bl obsahovat p\u0159edpov\u011bdi o budouc\u00edm v\u00fdkonu zam\u011bstnance nebo jeho vhodnosti pro budouc\u00ed pr\u00e1ci.<\/strong> Toto je v\u00fdhradn\u011b v kompetenci budouc\u00edho zam\u011bstnavatele. Stejn\u011b tak nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9, aby <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/rocni-zuctovani-dane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zam\u011bstnavatel<\/a> hodnotil soukrom\u00fd \u017eivot zam\u011bstnance.
