Spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v klidn\u00e9m a pevn\u00e9m opakov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9ho po\u017eadavku bez nutnosti se obhajovat. I kdy\u017e m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit neobvykle, jej\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost je vysok\u00e1.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Princip otev\u0159en\u00fdch dve\u0159\u00ed:<\/strong> Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se, kdy\u017e v\u00e1m n\u011bkdo vyt\u00fdk\u00e1 chybu. P\u0159izn\u00e1te ji, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 vysv\u011btl\u00edte d\u016fvody, kter\u00e9 k n\u00ed vedly. Nejde o omluvu, ale o vysv\u011btlen\u00ed bez emoc\u00ed. T\u00edm zabr\u00e1n\u00edte tomu, aby druh\u00e1 strana nad v\u00e1mi z\u00edskala p\u0159evahu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Sd\u00edlen\u00ed voln\u00fdch informac\u00ed:<\/strong> Vhodn\u00e9 p\u0159i vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Polo\u017ete druh\u00e9 stran\u011b ot\u00e1zku, naslouchejte a vn\u00edmejte, co je pro ni d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u011bchto informac\u00ed pak navrhn\u011bte \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. T\u00edm si vytvo\u0159\u00edte lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdchoz\u00ed pozici pro dal\u0161\u00ed komunikaci a p\u0159edejdete nedorozum\u011bn\u00edm.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> P\u0159ijet\u00ed kritiky:<\/strong> Nap\u0159\u00edklad: \u201eAno, ud\u011blal jsem chybu, p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b to ud\u011bl\u00e1m jinak.\u201c Tato technika, podobn\u00e1 otev\u0159en\u00fdm dve\u0159\u00edm, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 sni\u017eovat nap\u011bt\u00ed a agresi druh\u00e9 strany.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Zp\u011btn\u00e9 dotazov\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong> Kdy\u017e v\u00e1m n\u011bkdo \u0159ekne, \u017ee jste n\u011bco ud\u011blali \u0161patn\u011b, zeptejte se, jak by to ud\u011blal on. M\u016f\u017eete tak z\u00edskat cenn\u00e9 rady \u2013 nebo zjist\u00edte, \u017ee kritika nebyla konstruktivn\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Ignorov\u00e1n\u00ed bezv\u00fdznamn\u00e9 kritiky:<\/strong> Na nekonstruktivn\u00ed v\u00fdtky reagujte neutr\u00e1ln\u011b. Nerozv\u00e1d\u011bjte to a zachovejte klidn\u00fd postoj.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Kompromis, kter\u00fd vyhovuje ob\u011bma:<\/strong> Hledejte \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bude p\u0159ijateln\u00e9 pro v\u0161echny z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00e9. Nezlob se, ale opravdu nechci.\u201c<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jak se nau\u010dit asertivit\u011b?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asertivita je dovednost, kterou se m\u016f\u017ee nau\u010dit ka\u017ed\u00fd.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sebepozn\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 uv\u011bdomte si sv\u00e9 pot\u0159eby, hodnoty a hranice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Tr\u00e9nink<\/strong> \u2013 zkou\u0161ejte asertivn\u00ed v\u011bty v bezpe\u010dn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba<\/strong> \u2013 nebojte se po\u017e\u00e1dat o n\u00e1zor, jak p\u016fsob\u00edte.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Kurzy a literatura<\/strong> \u2013 existuje mnoho knih a \u0161kolen\u00ed na t\u00e9ma asertivity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sebev\u011bdom\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 v\u011b\u0159te, \u017ee m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo b\u00fdt sly\u0161eni.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asertivita je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 dovednost pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, kdo chce \u017e\u00edt spokojen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a vyrovnan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eivot. <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/verbalni-komunikace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Umo\u017e\u0148uje komunikovat otev\u0159en\u011b,<\/a> ale s respektem, nastavovat hranice, \u0159\u00edkat ne, a p\u0159itom neztr\u00e1cet vztahy. Asertivn\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk se neboj\u00ed vyj\u00e1d\u0159it sv\u016fj n\u00e1zor, i kdy\u017e se li\u0161\u00ed od v\u011bt\u0161iny. Um\u00ed si st\u00e1t za sv\u00fdm postojem, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 naslouch\u00e1 druh\u00fdm a respektuje jejich odli\u0161n\u00e9 pohledy. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud pat\u0159\u00edte mezi lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed se c\u00edt\u00ed nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed, nejist\u00ed nebo maj\u00ed tendenci ustupovat, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 za\u010d\u00edt u sebe.
