Od 15. dne p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 tuto povinnost st\u00e1t prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm spr\u00e1vy soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rodinn\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky v pr\u00e1ci pat\u0159\u00ed <strong>p\u00e9\u010de o nemocn\u00e9ho \u010dlena rodiny nebo narozen\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte.<\/strong> V t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u00e1te n\u00e1rok na o\u0161et\u0159ovn\u00e9 nebo mate\u0159skou dovolenou. O\u0161et\u0159ovn\u00e9 se vypl\u00e1c\u00ed po dobu a\u017e 9 dn\u016f (16 dn\u016f pro samo\u017eivitele) a mate\u0159sk\u00e1 dovolen\u00e1 trv\u00e1 28 t\u00fddn\u016f (37 t\u00fddn\u016f p\u0159i v\u00edce\u010detn\u00e9m porodu).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O rodi\u010dovskou dovolenou m\u016f\u017ee zam\u011bstnavatele po\u017e\u00e1dat <strong>matka po ukon\u010den\u00ed mate\u0159sk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9<\/strong> a otec po narozen\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte. Tato dovolen\u00e1 je poskytov\u00e1na do doby, ne\u017e d\u00edt\u011b dos\u00e1hne t\u0159\u00ed let. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B\u011bhem \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 zam\u011bstnanec nem\u016f\u017ee vykon\u00e1vat pr\u00e1ci podle sv\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed smlouvy a <strong>ve stanoven\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed dob\u011b.<\/strong> Nicm\u00e9n\u011b z\u00e1kon umo\u017e\u0148uje, aby zam\u011bstnanec <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/jak-vydelat-penize-na-internetu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">b\u011bhem rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9<\/a> pracoval pro jin\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnavatele nebo pro stejn\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnavatele na z\u00e1klad\u011b jin\u00e9ho pracovn\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00edho vztahu, pokud se nejedn\u00e1 o stejn\u00fd druh pr\u00e1ce. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zam\u011bstnavatel neposkytuje n\u00e1hradu mzdy nebo platu b\u011bhem rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9. Zam\u011bstnanci jsou finan\u010dn\u011b zabezpe\u010deni <strong>prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku,<\/strong> kter\u00fd je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed podpory.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Svatba<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b svatby m\u00e1te <strong>n\u00e1rok na pracovn\u00ed volno.<\/strong> Podle z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo na dva dny volna, z nich\u017e jeden den je ur\u010den na samotn\u00fd ob\u0159ad a druh\u00fd den m\u016f\u017eete vyu\u017e\u00edt podle pot\u0159eby, nap\u0159\u00edklad na p\u0159\u00edpravy. n\u00e1hrada mzdy nebo platu p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161\u00ed v\u0161ak pouze za 1 den.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud jde o svatbu va\u0161eho d\u00edt\u011bte, m\u00e1te tak\u00e9 n\u00e1rok na pracovn\u00ed volno. Podle z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">na <\/span><b>jeden den placen\u00e9ho volna <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">k \u00fa\u010dasti na svatb\u011b va\u0161eho d\u00edt\u011bte, ale mus\u00ed to b\u00fdt v\u00e1\u0161 pracovn\u00ed den.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poh\u0159eb<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b poh\u0159bu m\u00e1te tak\u00e9 n\u00e1rok na pracovn\u00ed volno. Podle z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo na:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dva dny volna<\/strong> p\u0159i \u00famrt\u00ed man\u017eela, man\u017eelky nebo d\u00edt\u011bte.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Jeden den volna<\/strong> p\u0159i \u00famrt\u00ed rodi\u010de, sourozence, tch\u00e1na, tch\u00fdn\u011b nebo jin\u00e9 osoby, kter\u00e1 s v\u00e1mi \u017eila ve spole\u010dn\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dal\u0161\u00ed den volna<\/strong> na \u00fa\u010dast p\u0159i poh\u0159bu, pokud jste organiz\u00e1torem poh\u0159bu.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toto volno je placen\u00e9, tak\u017ee se nemus\u00edte ob\u00e1vat ztr\u00e1ty p\u0159\u00edjmu b\u011bhem t\u011bchto dn\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neo\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neo\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti, jako jsou hav\u00e1rie v dom\u00e1cnosti nebo p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed katastrofy, mohou tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobit p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky v pr\u00e1ci. V t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 komunikovat se zam\u011bstnavatelem a zjistit, jak\u00e9 mo\u017enosti m\u00e1te k dispozici. Zam\u011bstnavatel by m\u011bl b\u00fdt schopen nab\u00eddnout alternativn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, jako je<a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/zamestnanci-a-home-office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> pr\u00e1ce z domova<\/a> nebo do\u010dasn\u00e9 uvoln\u011bn\u00ed z pr\u00e1ce.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10031\" style=\"width: 940px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10031\" class=\"wp-image-10031 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/prekazky-v-praci-930x620.jpeg\" alt=\"P\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky v pr\u00e1ci\" width=\"930\" height=\"620\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-10031\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pokud zam\u011bstnavatel nem\u00e1 dostatek pr\u00e1ce pro zam\u011bstnance, jedn\u00e1 se o p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku na stran\u011b zam\u011bstnavatele.<\/p><\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Povinnost_zamestnavatele_vuci_zamestnanci\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Povinnost zam\u011bstnavatele v\u016f\u010di zam\u011bstnanci<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zam\u011bstnavatel m\u00e1 povinnost omluvit nep\u0159\u00edtomnost zam\u011bstnance v pr\u00e1ci, poskytnout mu <strong>pracovn\u00ed volno a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech i n\u00e1hradu mzdy<\/strong> nebo platu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z\u00e1kon\u00edk pr\u00e1ce upravuje jednotliv\u00e9 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky v pr\u00e1ci a rozd\u011bluje je na:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Osobn\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky v pr\u00e1ci (\u00a7 191 a\u017e \u00a7 198)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jin\u00e9 osobn\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky (\u00a7 199)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky z d\u016fvodu obecn\u00e9ho z\u00e1jmu (\u00a7 200 a\u017e \u00a7 204)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky z d\u016fvodu zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed kvalifikace (\u00a7 205, \u00a7 231, \u00a7 232)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky v pr\u00e1ci z d\u016fvodu \u0161kolen\u00ed, jin\u00e9 formy p\u0159\u00edpravy nebo studia<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pracomat.cz\/poradna\/zakonik-prace\/134-zakonik-prace-cast-8-hlava-1-dil-2.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a7 205 z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce<\/a> m\u00e1 zam\u011bstnanec pr\u00e1vo \u00fa\u010dastnit se \u0161kolen\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpravy nebo studia, kter\u00e9 jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed kvalifikace po\u017eadovan\u00e9 pr\u00e1vn\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy nebo pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro \u0159\u00e1dn\u00fd v\u00fdkon sjednan\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce a kter\u00e9 odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed pot\u0159eb\u00e1m zam\u011bstnavatele. Typicky se jedn\u00e1 o situace, kdy si zam\u011bstnanec dopl\u0148uje nebo zvy\u0161uje kvalifikaci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V souvislosti se zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edm kvalifikace m\u00e1 zam\u011bstnanec n\u00e1rok na pracovn\u00ed volno s n\u00e1hradou mzdy nebo platu ve v\u00fd\u0161i pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho v\u00fdd\u011blku, a to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro \u00fa\u010dast na vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u00fduce nebo \u0161kolen\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dva pracovn\u00ed dny na p\u0159\u00edpravu a vykon\u00e1n\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky v r\u00e1mci studia na vysok\u00e9 \u0161kole nebo vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00e9 \u0161kole.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u011bt pracovn\u00edch dn\u016f na p\u0159\u00edpravu a vykon\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 maturitn\u00ed zkou\u0161ky.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deset pracovn\u00edch dn\u016f na vypracov\u00e1n\u00ed a obhajobu absolventsk\u00e9, bakal\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9, diplomov\u00e9, diserta\u010dn\u00ed nebo jin\u00e9 p\u00edsemn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, kterou je zakon\u010deno studium v programu celo\u017eivotn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na vysok\u00e9 \u0161kole.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010cty\u0159icet pracovn\u00edch dn\u016f na p\u0159\u00edpravu a vykon\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed a rigor\u00f3zn\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky \u2013 l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed, veterin\u00e1rn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed, hygiena a st\u00e1tn\u00ed doktorsk\u00e1 zkou\u0161ka.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Prekazky_na_strane_zamestnavatele\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky na stran\u011b zam\u011bstnavatele<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e1hrada mzdy p\u0159i p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ek\u00e1ch na stran\u011b zam\u011bstnavatele<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ka\u017ed\u00e1 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eka na stran\u011b zam\u011bstnavatele s sebou nese n\u00e1hradu mzdy pro zam\u011bstnance.
