Jej\u00edm hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem je zajistit, aby m\u011bl rodi\u010d v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed jistotu stabiln\u00edho n\u00e1vratu do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed \u2014 a to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v obdob\u00ed, kdy je d\u00edt\u011b je\u0161t\u011b velmi mal\u00e9. Tato \u00faprava reaguje na \u010dastou praxi minul\u00fdch let, kdy se rodi\u010de po n\u00e1vratu setk\u00e1vali s p\u0159e\u0159azen\u00edm na m\u00e9n\u011b vhodn\u00e9 nebo zcela jin\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/pracovni-pozice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pracovn\u00ed pozice.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Kontrola existence p\u016fvodn\u00edho pracovn\u00edho m\u00edsta<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zam\u011bstnavatel je povinen ov\u011b\u0159it, zda pozice:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">st\u00e1le existuje,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00e1 stejn\u00e9 n\u00e1pln\u011b pr\u00e1ce,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">je vykon\u00e1v\u00e1na na stejn\u00e9m pracovi\u0161ti.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Povinnost nab\u00eddnout stejn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nesta\u010d\u00ed jen form\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1vrat. Zam\u011bstnavatel mus\u00ed zachovat:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stejnou lokalitu,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stejn\u00fd druh pr\u00e1ce a n\u00e1pl\u0148,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stejn\u00fd rozsah odpov\u011bdnost\u00ed,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stejn\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed a pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky (mzda, benefity, pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Mo\u017enost p\u0159iv\u00fdd\u011blku b\u011bhem rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 (DPP\/DP\u010c)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jednou <strong>z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch novinek<\/strong> je, \u017ee rodi\u010d m\u016f\u017ee u\u017e b\u011bhem \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pracovat na p\u016fvodn\u00ed pozici,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/orangeacademy.cz\/clanky\/dohoda-o-pracovni-cinnosti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">na z\u00e1klad\u011b DPP nebo DP\u010c,<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a t\u00edm si udr\u017eovat kontakt s pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00edm i kompetencemi.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro\u010d je tato povinnost tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do roku 2025 bylo b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 odkazovali na <strong>\u201eorganiza\u010dn\u00ed zm\u011bny\u201c<\/strong> a rodi\u010de um\u00eds\u0165ovali na jin\u00e1, \u010dasto m\u00e9n\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 m\u00edsta. Flexinovela tuto praxi prakticky eliminuje.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Na_jakou_pracovni_pozici_se_muzete_vratit\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na jakou pracovn\u00ed pozici se m\u016f\u017eete vr\u00e1tit?<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do 2 let v\u011bku d\u00edt\u011bte: n\u00e1rok na p\u016fvodn\u00ed pozici<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Novela <strong>garantuje n\u00e1vrat na p\u016fvodn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto i stejn\u00e9 pracovi\u0161t\u011b<\/strong> \u2014 zam\u011bstnavatel v\u00e1s nesm\u00ed p\u0159esunout do jin\u00e9 lokality, jin\u00e9ho odd\u011blen\u00ed nebo na pozici s jinou n\u00e1pln\u00ed. To je zcela nov\u00fd standard: d\u0159\u00edve to platilo jen po mate\u0159sk\u00e9, nikoli po rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Po 2. roce d\u00edt\u011bte: n\u00e1rok po rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 na pr\u00e1ci dle pracovn\u00ed smlouvy<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zam\u011bstnavatel mus\u00ed nab\u00eddnout pr\u00e1ci:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed druhu pr\u00e1ce uveden\u00e9mu ve smlouv\u011b,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ve stejn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zmena_uvazku_nebo_zkraceny_pracovni_pomer\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zm\u011bna \u00favazku nebo zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rodi\u010de d\u011bt\u00ed do 15 let maj\u00ed nad\u00e1le z\u00e1konn\u00fd n\u00e1rok<strong> po\u017e\u00e1dat o zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek<\/strong>.
